Patreon's cut isn't as much as Subscribestar. That's why it isn't as big and successful as Patreon, because creators get more money out of Patreon's system than Subscribestar. Which you should pray stays that way, or all the negative things about Patreon will happen in Subscribestar too.

It’s not as big and successful as Patreon is cause it’s newer and doesn’t accept PayPal (which is another bloodsucking vulture company, but I won’t get into that here, since it’s already offtopic) and subscribestar doesn’t block as much content as Patreon does, but let’s stop debating this now
Patreon used to be the same... Also, it's not just Paypal.
In fact, it was above Paypal - The payment processors themselves i.e. Visa/Mastercard and others.
