I would invite you to have a look at the walkthrough pdf from hermesh I link on my Discord, it could be helpful to you, notably on early game as it goes to around mid chapter 5 (just follow the long link in my signature).
But otherwise, in short, for William there is a little scene that can be easily missed early game, when Myriam catch Anthony and the secretary, when she's in the park and meet Bobo, if she takes too long going home, she missed an occasion to see William.
To change that, either not help Bobo, or simply ONLY go for clothes, if she goes for both clothes and food, she takes too long and miss William in front of the house.
After that, the other with William will naturally unlock depending on what you do with him in that scene.
Copy/paste of the answer to the problem you're probably having, 'bad' ending 3, with first the probable reasons, either:
- Bad ratio of 'Sadness'/'Happiness'.
- Not having solved the Jarvis problem and ending up morally broken by him as Myriam chose to service him to avoid more trouble.
The first case is hard to get honestly, so I would look into the second one, which in this case you just have to load an older save and solve the Jarvis problem on the first or second occasion, either by not giving in into his bullying; asking for help with one of the cops (if you're romancing him); using his son Bill to get help; or even fully ignore the problem.

Please notice, the walkthrough mod and this patch are not compatible, because both modify the code. Also, the combined mod contains the full walkthrough, but not the full of the incest patch.
Also notice this version corrects retroactively a problem in chapter 4 that was present also in the original from Zorlun, and was reported by a user - it idd not break anything immediatlely, but would have affected the path with Nubia, so, I had also to correct it (Zorlun also corrected it) . If you load a save made in chapter 5, it will load without problems, but if you are on the Nubia path, I suggest you go back to a save before the shower with Nubia and continue from there, because that is were the problem in updating a variable was.
For the ones tempted to eventually complain about the insertion of incest by me in the game, please read the text below before making a fool of yourselves getting in all kind of rampages (and yes, it already happened in the past).
If you look at the posts going way back, you will see incest was in the game from the start, both Katherine and Marc were supposed to be children of Anthony and Myriam, who were married, and there was no Thomas.
Patreon intervened threatening to kill Zorlun's funding through them if he did not remove incest, and if he had anything to do with incest distribution anywhere - thus, he created a Thomas as father of Katherine that had never existed before, and made Myriam and Anthony not married, because Patreon had said that even "step-something" was not OK.
Zorlun himself had never foreseen for Katherine to get involved in all kind of sexual shenanigans like potentially her mother, but Patreon told him explicitly that even having Myriam and Katherine involved at the same time in some sexual act in the same room, even if not with each other, was not OK, so, useless to ask for Myriam to do "stuff" with Katherine, or for Katherine to do something with Marc, that is not going to happen (not only for Patreon, but as said by Zorlun, also for his choice).
So, I did put incest back on the table, but I did not create a new story, the main story line is the one of Zorlun.
I just put incest back in, while trying to keep a minimum of coherence (so, with incest, Thomas becomes the lost first love, Myriam can mention incest as a tabu kink with Dr Silver and look for "incest-themed" porn on the Internet).
That does not mean that there are not differences, but the main story is the same and the main choices and paths for Myriam are the ones by Zorlun.
I Really hate doing this but are we getting ANY Update to this or are we waiting for the next release?
I believe it has been over 2 weeks or close to this and All I've seen is Radio silence.
Please let us know if you are planning to update this.

At the end of chapter 2, on the last choice of the chapter, when the secretary come at their house to confront Anthony.
EDIT: Though I did do a change in chapter 3 as well, before the Anthony shooting, for the second occasion Myriam has to decide to talk to the detective about the motel, it was more limited before, I opened it up to everyone (that didn't chose the option on the first occasion).

Not up to date, so yes, it will cause crashes, though ouch2020 said he would get to it soon (if memory serve).
Yup keep ending at the hospital whatever i do at the kidnapping. Do you know which chapter the first encounter is with jarvis?
The first encounter is in Chapter 4, iirc, a little after returning from the hospital from Anthony's gunshot to the face. She's at Evelyn's when she gets a mysterious envelope with photos of her in it.
You may have to go back to Ch 3 with her meeting & encounter with Jatvis & his son. As Zorlun said, a lot of events happening in these later tales are from earlier choices.
If you go in, you can solve the situation WITHOUT any naughty business with him and solve it for good, just don't let him bully Myriam and keep an eye on him (he's crafty).
