The walkthrough is up to 0.7, so it should tell you what you need for most quests.
Oh i'm not expecting it to happen soon, when i inquired about it, it was mostly if it was ever going to happen. Taking account the game style, it would be reasonable only expect it to happen in the end game/epilogue phase.

It sounds like the random number generator just isn't liking you. I love this game but that design feature is frustrating. I would say you just need to go into random rooms at the school then back into the hallway without advancing time until it fires.

I managed to trigger it in 1 playthrough. In my other I need to trigger Bonnie MQ4 which isn't triggering even after ensuring I've repeated shower scene. It seems luck based
