Has potential, but...

1) MC can die rather easily, and then it's effectively game over.
2) Women have combat stats but can't go on raids.
3) Only two room types?
4) Raid menu covers up other menus, can't even tell what they say. Menus needs to be movable.
Just like to address.

1.) MC can indeed easilty die, but defending enemy raid is too easy that at the moment it is impossible to lose. Since you can refill lost goblins while defending. So a gameover is just a goblin production issue.
2.) The essense of the game is about kidnapping, breeding, and defending. So having the captured humans fight for you is abit counter intuitive. Maybe in the future the devs ganna provide a corrupting device for humans. That would make it possible for humans to fight without breaking its essence.
3.) Bruh, the game just started development last year. What we are playing is mostly a introduction or trailer.
4.) Yep the menu is indeed big and need some changes in that part.

For those wanting extra colors, here you go. . .

I tested only the original Goblin colors to ensure the code worked properly. Unzip into Scripts folder, it shouldn't brick your game.

Notes:

Code uses the 1 in 10 chance of mutation from version 3.0.1 of Goblins turning Red. Goblins and Orcs are the only mutators. Mothers follow Father's colors unless the father is the player or some color is found that isn't in the cycle.

I whole-sale added a Blue variant for everyone, but the Oni and the Shortstack had a color index 9 (Oni's tattoo/pattern and the jewelry for Shortstack) that I tried to choose an alright color for. Admittedly I did the Oni tattoo color primarily, but it wasn't exhaustive.

Standard Oni colors are here, but you'll need to wait for the color mutation to cycle to the end for standard Orcs to make them that color or somehow get one from initialization. I could fix it, but I've been tinkering for longer than I expected. View attachment Monster and Monmusu colors.zip

So I'm not getting any new slaves from the raids, even when it tells me I did, they just don't show up in the menu or are available to be placed.
Edit: you have to drag them after caputer and place them in the menu before you leave the successful raid screen, busy work is not what this game needs.

Or right click, like always.

Only issue I see now is we'll need a "clear all" button for all downed girls on the field, because clearing 10-20 girls every wave one by one is a fucking chore. Doesn't take long before there's no point in even checking the downed girls because their stats will be miles behind your bred girls. My wrist is starting to hurt by day 69 lol. Welp, I maxed out the infamy to see if there were any bonuses at that point, and nope. 4th tier gets Crit Chance finally, Knockback Resistance and Fetal Growth Time are 5th tier.

Edit: Yeah, 5th tier of infamy you'll spend all your time clearing downed girls off the field, it's almost unplayable at that point. It's your main job/focus, hope we get a "clear all downed enemies" button soon. I can't keep playing like that.

Same , i also give up playing at that point. The game start to slow down and it's unplayable with too many defeated units around the field.
Also as you said , at the time when you got super stats girls and monsters , the capture girls become unnecessary. I hope they fix this problem in the final product.

what program do you need to mod the saves or files?
what program do you need to mod the saves or files?
If you only want to modify the statistics of your monster girls, just use the notepad.
The path you have to follow is: ProjectR_Data > StreamingAssets > character > then here you can choose: “door1” to modify the life of your defenses/ “Oni” or “shortstack” to modify the general statistics of these monsters (these changes only affect the new monster girls born after loading the game).

You may also want to get DNSpy or a similar program for the Assembly-CSharp.dll. Just beware that modifying that can be much more troublesome. Generally speaking, I'll just write scripts using notepad, and then save the files as either an overwrite like Goblin.cs after checking to see what I'm overwriting using DNSpy.

Color Code 6 = #855D4A is used in Goblins and Shortstacks as well. It refers to the loincloth on them. Same for Orcs. It's that lighter brown.
You're right, massive brain fart on my end there. 6 looks to be effectively the 2nd item of clothing for a given creature, as sisters use 5 for their nun's habit and it's also used for goblins' arm bandages.

Checking it again, it's 7 that's new and is only used for the orcs. Even the Oni doesn't use it. It's also the same reddish-brown colour as the loincloth.

Also of interest is that the orc and goblin both have colour codes for their hair, despite not having any hair. I'd guess it's to do colour inheritance in the future as some kind of recessive gene, but maybe we will see monster variations like in MBM?

You need to send surrogate women to the Orc camp, let them get impregnated (try to wait until all woman there are pregnant), and then raid them. Oni are just the Monmusu hybrid between Orc and a female slave.

I changed the color for 7 and don't see any time it is used. Compared it to an original Orc before I switched the color, nothing, even in combat somehow. Maybe a variant/holdover they were playing around with or something they thought they changed but didn't. Maybe originally for something like cording for the necklace or fur for the boots? All supposition though.

Note while I edit this, but they still have data for Monster and Slave cages. Leftover from MBM porting or planned future feature, I don't know.

Also, considering how they've structured the data, I wouldn't be terribly surprised if they are aiming for a rudimentary faction/diplomacy system since sabotaging Monster camps(?) lowers infamy for yourself but sending breeding stock raises it. Could be a balancing act of preventing as much trouble as you can from sabotaging the Orc camps vs sending surrogates to raise or lower infamy in the various nations. And once they implement the gold system or other resources you can only really get by raiding (even if you don't want the women/monsters), combined with perhaps a request system and/or funding/supplying the monster black market? Probably a stronger incentive for everyone to play with the systems on offer.

Combine that balancing act with trying to get under a time limit for good endings and harsher aggro penalties/native infamy gain or something, and you might have a race to win against the nations closing in on you.
