Assuming you have the most up to date version of the game, you should have four pillories on the surface on either side of the house right outside the gates but before the towers/wood barriers (so 8 in total). Don't need to be unlocked or built, they're there right from the start. If you don't have these then did you resume a save from a previous version of the game? If yes then start a new game as you could be running into an issue of old saves not being compatible with the new game version.
If you place a Sister (nun) in the pillory you'll get passive healing for monsters assigned to that side of the defense when out of combat, which is currently the only way you can heal monsters. Presumably as the game further develops and new types of slaves are added they'll also provide their own pillory bonuses.

I'm not aware of a succubus being in the game yet.
The only male human on your side is the one you start with, cant get more. If you mean the Shota in the previews, then ignore that. The Shota and Succubus are not in the game at all, they were in the original version of the game but a while back the dev decided to go back and majorly rework the game from basically the ground up and as a result the Shota version of the MC and the Succubus were removed (though iirc the dev does intend to add them back later down the line). Basically just in general ignore the previews, the previews were never updated and still reflect the original version of the game, and as such a lot of the things shown in them just aren't in the game.

Sorry, if you wanted a Darkest Dungeon clone, you'll have to look at Ero Dungeons and Ero Hunters instead.
And a few other games, like Donna Donna and that Conan-style game whose name I keep forgetting.

ever heard of Night of Revenge ? it has similiar genre but a bit bloody. check out Sinisistar 1&2 too.

How do you get monsters other than the goblins at the beginning?

U can get mar unique monsters by sending slaves 2 other monster settlements and then bring slave back after their preg then wait 4 birth. :3

I think there are extra tags, not represented in the game: tentacles, bestiality, corruption, loli, titfuck
You can breed the goblins you have, and you will eventually get a shortstack. Once you have an orc, you can do the same with them to obtain an oni.
To obtain an orc, you will need a unit of 5-10 goblins you can afford to lose, and my guide here:
