It's in a main menu after you finish the game. Rune doesn't have scenes, just one CG which you get in her ending (it's also a game over).

How are you supposed to finish the game ? I am pretty sure I met all the requirements, I unlocked all the side girls quests and scene as well

It "ends" on day 51. It also activates "Endless Mode" unless you got "Rune Ending". Gallery should be unlocked regardless.

Also, Rune herself appeared in 0.1 alongside the shota version of the player. The implication is that the player character in Project R is the child of Rune and the PC of Monster Black Market.

You have two rooms, the breeding room and the lactation room. Move babies to the lactation room and they'll grow pending there is a woman, human or monster, there. As for loli content, currently there isn't any beyond the female goblins being shortstacks and there doesn't seem to be any loli content planned in the near future, as the next race being added is big titty elves and we have no info on what the next race after that will be too my knowledge.

That being said assuming it's just going to be the MBM races being ported over there are only three "loli" races, however two of them are shortstacks (dwarves and sheep girls) with only one actual flat chested loli race (bunny girls). As for a loli development stage like MBM, seems unlikely if they haven't been working on it yet as it'd be a lot easier to do if they start working on it while there are few races than later when there is more. At the very least if it is planned but not to be started early it wont be until much closer to the end of development. Though considering there is planned shota content in shota MC which was temp removed along with Rune during the major overhaul a while back, it'd be weird if they didn't also add proper loli content as well.
