Are there any cheats for the game? I don't really want to go into gameplay and just want to look at player scenes without a need to breed girls with monsters
To be fair, in the game's current state letting you heal during battle would probably break what little balance already exists in the gameplay. Besides, once you get the cost reduction trait and enough shortstacks with it you basically become untouchable.

At least without proxy in JP, the only game from Team Apple Pie sold on dlsite is their previous game, Monster Black Market, which is linked above.
There can't be a complete version of Project R yet, because according to their blog, it's still in development. The version we have, is the newest version they have released to the public.

At this stage I completely agree. By the way, I didn't quite understand how to raise unit stats. Even combining several buffs doesn't always work, as does improving them. Not to mention raising unit stats. Sometimes a stat turns purple, but the rest of the + are often lower than the original. And making a very strong unit that requires nuns is not possible. In fact, now it's enough to throw "meat" after a pause when a place on a post becomes available.

Right now, there are no upgrades available to your base. While not a walkthrough proper, this might help you for this current game version:
1. Right off the start, you can drag any of the girls to your room (upper part) and fuck them. Once pregnant, they'll give birth to more human girls. It's better to build up a number of them before breeding goblins
2. Build up a number of breeding rooms (hammer icon on the bottom left) plus a few lactation rooms. A 5:1 ratio will usually suffice
3. Once you have a number of extra slaves and goblins (at least 4 you don't need + 10 goblins), send some to the Orc Encampment (axe icon on the bottom left, their camp is up from your position, the succubus statue)
3.1 First, open the slave menu and drag up to 4 to the orc camp, so they'll be raped there
3.2 Send a goblin party to grab the slaves back. On the screen with the result and the girls, RIGHT CLICK them, otherwise you won't get them back
4. You can attack the many human villages with goblin parties. Doing so will increase their hatred towards you and, once it reaches the first sword, they'll send attacks once in a while.
4.1 During these attacks, some of the girls might fall on the floor instead of dying. Right click to capture them as slaves.
5. Once you're at the 4th sword, the human raids might send nuns. It's luck whether they'll die or get knocked so you can capture them.
you need to cull your weaker breeders... let only the strongest breed
and go fishing for new traits in the monster caves... give them slaves then "rescue" them back when they are pregnant.
Different color goblins are not available in the current version.
You can't get wild orcs. You have to send women to wild orcs so that they would get pregnant. Then you rescue the women, and they'll be ready to give birth soon. Once they give birth, you'll have your own domesticated orcs.
Trait inheritance is RNG, but the RNG becomes better when both parents share the traits. For example say you have a goblin with an HP trait and a human with an Attack trait, if they breed together the chance either trait being inherited is meh, but if both have the Attack trait then it's more likely for the child to have the trait. That being said, when you only have singular traits it's better to have an HP breed with an Attack trait to try to get monsters with both traits to be used for breeding to increase the chance of getting multiple traits in the children so you can eventually breed a monster girl with two traits to breed with the MC for a human with two traits, thus giving you a higher chance for double trait inheritance, or allowing you to breed them with a new monsters to increase the number of multi-trait breeding pairs.
That's basically the basis of trait inheritance, breed a monster with a woman who has traits it doesn't until you get a monster that inherits all the traits of both parents, then use that offspring as a breeder to get a monster girl with those traits to breed for humans with those traits, then you just keep repeating this until you have a bunch of breeding pairs with max traits. As for what purple traits are, those are mutations, which can help for making traits stronger outside of just hoping RNG high rolls.
Also yeah, the Nuns should not be used for breeding outside of the extreme early game when you care more about having more bodies to breed than you care about inheritance. With regards to breeding Nuns provide nothing special and are essentially reskinned normal humans except for the fact you cannot breed more of them (Nuns give birth to normal humans not more Nuns). So Nuns really should be relegated to filling the pillory for their out of combat healing (currently the only way to heal monsters in the game), and for breast feeding if you just decide you like the look of Nuns in that room than normal humans.
