Maybe use the search first to see if your question is already answered before asking:-

You need to equip your boxers and interact with the chair before you can pick the lotion up.

But, you can also use this as a lotion located in the downstairs bathroom.

I don't have the exact change log, but this is from the Dev regarding 3.1.0:

New build seems to run even worse than the old ones, can't get the game to run over 20 FPS, insane...

My 3070 is hitting single digits most of the time so to speak, the only part where I can get over 30 FPS is on the exploration scenes, pretty sure the game is trying to load unneeded LODs from the get-go given how it starts up.
