Could someone tell me what scene I'm missing there? I know the three in the bottom left are likely just from different answers during the game in the cell with El, but not sure where I missed the top middle one.

That is Medea's scene (any similarity with the greek story is mere coincidence ). Depending on which planet you visited first on chapter 4 you may end up on Ventaris during chapter 5, a frozen world were Medea will ask the Gunslinger to do a few odd jobs in exchange for information.

It really based on the kink question. Just go back to that saved file in the cell talk to her pick a different kink answer for all four.
