Yeah but his eyes take on a more natural color (here brown) before he does his super shot. If his eyes had returned to their natural colors after the super shot, I wouldn't have asked myself the question, but here I find that the staging hides something.

Another thing that I find strange that could go with my theory: that he shoots with superhuman precision thanks to ocular implants ok, but that he has time to shoot 7 people in combat position (therefore ready to shoot) without any of them having time to react, it makes me think he has some sort of superspeed as well.

(or I just over-analyze the scene it's not impossible)

Think it is like nyrek said. The implant overloads his reaction time so much that for everyone else it looks like he is moving superfast (remind me a bit of the sandevistan implant from Cybrpunk 2077/Edgerunners). But later he falls from the exaustion of using his muscles way beyond their possible natural limit.

I made it. It's two figures together in the same pose. The skeleton asset I have is based on the G8 Male, and even then I had to tweak it to keep it from sticking out of the other figure. At some point I might take the time to try and scale it to a female figure. He hasn't got any "equipment" but I guess it's up to you what you do with "him"

Yeah, so far really great. Very high quality work. Only downside is the lush performance of the voice actor(s) (MC is the worst IMHO). But that's okay.

I don't know what modeling program CL uses, but Daz is capable of this without too much effort.

You can disable limits so there's literally no limit to how big they can be
