Should you play Civilian Justice League 1 before this or are they 100% seperate?

It's a sequel but it's pretty divorced. The second game happen years after the first and has progressed in tech in such a way that it's Mech vs Mech now, instead of a Super Sentai parody.

The only bearing that the first game has plotwise is that the MC of the first game is attributed with being the source of some of the technologies that went in the Mechas and that she was responsible for destroying the Villain Organization's Japanese branch.

Oh, and the producer guy who handle your promo and push the MC toward being a pornstar is the same as the first game.

The problem I have with these game is that I have an insanely difficult time getting them to work right, with this dev alone I've had problems with this, XVI, and The nobleman's retort without success and it pisses me off that I can't figure this out.

Beware!

Kagura recently anounced they are gonna publish this. I’d advice all new players to wait for the professional, and hopefully uncensored, release. I know i wish i had when i completed this gem of a game just a few weeks ago.

You can download programs to force RPGM windows larger, but it just makes the art/assets look slightly worse.

U can click F1 ,a window will appear , click at Launch in Full Screen, close game and reopen
If u wanna back to small window, click F1, untick and close-reopen again

Where do you find the Glaring Man in the park? It's the last event I need to unlock and I can't find him anywhere.

Go to the park at night, he's standing behind a tree, that's on the right side of the blue "building".
He's barely visible there but you see a bit of his hair.
(You may need to be wearing half-naked costume for it to trigger I think, but not sure.)

Is there a way to translate some of the text from Japanese to English?
Things that come to mind (Elevators, scene in public after catching the first general)

Guys was recovering games, and I remembered one where he was a child, who moved to his mother's house and had him do certain things, has 2 sisters, 1 with very active red hair and another black one who took care of a horse .
I remember that the "first mission" was like going to a basement because a strange noise was heard from the red-haired sister, there is also a mission in which you play hide and seek with the same sister.

I want to play again someone remembers the game.
postscript: 2d game
Oddly enough, I was just looking up this very game, as it will be having a large update sometime soon. The game your thinking of is Bones' Tale: The Manor, and it's a personal favorite of mine.
