No, this is not garbage, it's just an endless pre-alpha of several unfortunate levels. I just look here for the sake of interest, as well as other comrades with endless demo modes.
I'm really wondering how long it will take him (Eromancer) to finish at least two levels. These are respectively under the tunnel road and the level with the bunny girls.

Yep, you can tell difference to this and other games like K Prison or Wildlife from comments posting repeatedly on it. Even other older games like from that creator that did the Maid and Alien side scroller games and another one has plenty of comments.

The most similar one I can think of is Lewd city girl, other than that are more like a Metriod-soul-venia game rather than beat-em-up.

It is also okay, at least it is a completed game unlike some other anthro maker/beat-em-up on here that is dragging his ass and just as bad as Eromancer with content updates.
You can probably just use side-scrolling tag and look around. I selected those that I knew were more fist/beat-em up. There was also that other game.. Name is eluding me. Where you make a hero and go around the city either as male or female fighting people. But those four are actual completed games.
An old (released in 2012) but good one (if you don't mind guro) is Fatal Fight by StudioShin.

I mean detailed pixel art is cool, but blocky pixel art just looks like a censored game except the censorship is everywhere

Was the hero / heroine one I was thinking of. It is still in production though but has far more content compared to whatever this is. Just not as graphically polished or beautiful.
