As an artist myself, I can say that creating backdrop and good art at this level certainly take a lot of time but my point is ---it have good art but the time it took are not optimal at all. I been 9 months and this is all they got, when actual effort is taken they would have done all this backdrop asset within 1 month or 2 at best.
I believe that protag's attack should be a place holder, I sure hope it is.
I just don't understand why don't just finish just her attack animation before going for enemy's one.
Compare with most update we seen so far, it's looks like they working on multiple stage at the same time instead of 1 at a time, Is it optimal working progress ? Any devs care to elaborate ? No sarcasm involve, actually curious here.
Maybe it'll become indy-Anthem all over again huh ? all fake front for barebone within.

I can explain it to you no problem. They are not working on the game, this has like 1 month of work put into it.
I hope, because if they are actually working on it they are completely fucking useless.

Its like 30 seconds worth of gameplay, attacks are just placeholders, MC doesnt even had an idle animation, some of the PLACEHOLDERS arent even highlighted and if you are in for porn its just one scene and its average.
They just went all out with that animation, so much, that they didnt even animate the basic attacks of the mc...
9 months=20/30 seconds of gameplay
Also, not trying to be an asshole or anything, i genuinely hope this game someday can be as good as the screenshots show it ''CAN'' be, but it infuriates me that they are just toying with people's expectations and still get +4k a month when other devs actually put their hearts into their games and dont even make 100

Don't bother mate, it trash, you just move left and right while punch 'n kick some thugs with static 1 frame animation where enemy's motion looks even more glorified than MC, that's all you can expect for that update.
if you looking for a 'good stuff' there's just 1 doggy style animation that you can find in previous pages.
That's literally all of it for a 9 months update, no sarcasm here, save your disappointment else where

At least it has gotten down to 5k a month fucking finally. For a while they were getting 15k when they were still scamming people with Malise, and for an even longer time they were getting 9k
I see thank you very much for the info. Man Malise had awesome art work and scenes sucks they abandoned it.

How are people still supporting Eromancer? Dude hasn't released anything noteworthy in more then 2 years. The ppl that still give him money are either way too loaded and forgot patreon, or just simply sheep.
Why are you giving money to someone that
a) doesn't really need it
b) doesn't provide anything in return other then news of a new engine being 'built'
There's a lot of artists out there specially in the far eastern region that could really benefit from your 1-2-5-10 bucks as that's their literal only income to support themselves and in many cases their family.
Stop giving money to ppl that doesn't deserve it.

even with multiples peoples, thats enougth money to buy some crazy ass software and stuff that make the game even easier (its fucking Unity for god sake ! i dont say its easy, but Unity have some tools and software that would make this kind of product generated as fast as a dog eat his food.)
and all of this .. for that ?

money that would be better spend on something else imho. but yeah, pff, whatever... i just ignore that game now. clearly doesnt show any motivation to make soemthing great.

There's two scenes now apparently and a finish animation after the first scene. Yiff.party link for eromancer isn't updated anymore. Hopefully someone will upload may 11 build.
Based on their previous experience with Malice and the Machine probably.
