The short answer is that yes, there is a bleach girl pack for the game. And with the PyTFall tagger you can edit and add more pictures to the pack. (Just search for "PyTFall tagger" with Google. You'll find it somewhere in the top results) because way I remember it, the bleach girl pack hasn't been updated since 2017.
You can buy the guild from real estate which cost something about 2000+, but currently it seems buggy. I dunno if I'm doing something wrong but I can't form teams and judging from the recent posts it seems to have problems.
You have to create a team (bottom icon in team screen) before you can assign girls to it (only 'free' girls who are assigned to the Guild as working place)

it cost gold to make a team, 5000 gold. Guess that's why its easy to miss.
The witch does only sell air and fire (she tells you this when you first enter the hut). The rest of them, you have to find (seems to require some magic skill).
From the main screen, click on characters, then the girl you want to interact with. On the new screen, if you click on their large picture you can interact (talk, gift, etc.) with them. To the side, you'll see options like controls (to set what they can do with/without your permission first). If you click on equipment, you can control/give them equipment. If you select 'girl' on the right, it only shows their inventory (usually not much to start with) but if you click on 'hero' you can give/equip items from your inventory.
