Was explained already, it's an enhanced game version with extended sex scenes (and removed "dog dick"). But no new story. The dev did a poll on his Patreon for making a new game or an extended version for QPrey. This was the outcome of it.
I extracted game files and all scenes are with dog dick, so there is no scenes with normal dick, asking bc I'm little confused about those censored/uncensored patches, day 2 scenes are all the same with or without it, I don't even have option anywhere to chose between them while playing game from start???

The three scenes marked blue there are the reworked ones and also don't have a "dog dick" anymore (as you can see in the 8th preview), the scenes after are still to be reworked from the developer.
I must be retarded, I can't get this to work!! Download the game, uncensored patch, Multi mod and incest patch. Put the uncesored patch, Multi mod and incest patch in the game folder, but I can't get the extra scenes, why?? Just can't get the censored/uncensored option on day 2.
For me a nice game start with an exciting story/storytelling and good renders. There is the "no sexual content" tag so far, but the girl/woman is really hot looking!
The game has already a few music tracks and good sound effects - but I could not resist and added a few more tracks + also added some more game options like textbox transparency / text size.

Well, the size is mostly because of the music. I've added 26 tracks to it, they need a little space...
But I will maybe compress them a little more with the next/final Mod version
(my goal is to reduce ~30-50% without to much quality loss)
Main Mod features:
- alternative ingame music (+ a player to play it on your own)
- Scene replay (gallery)
- more/enhanced dialog settings (textbox opactity, text size, outlines)
- more/enhanced Quick menu settings (text size, outlines, customizing the needed buttons etc)
- added a renaming ability for the MC and the main girl (they are normally hard coded in the game)
- named saves
