I understand not liking her body proportions and/or her sometimes immature jealous outbursts, clingy, desperate and unreasonably insecure personality cuz of tastes and preferences, but when claiming to hate cheaters soo much, you automatically imply you sympathize with the person who got cheated on and think they deserve all the love and support they can get, and funny enough you then proceed to bash, troll and humiliate a character that's exactly this, an actual victim of cheating and/or at least one abusive relationship. haha im a weirdo I never found V physically attractive for me but I have with characters not nearly as hot never understood why and this was on my first playthrough before I changed my mind about Allie and she became my favorite LI in this game and top 3 for AVN's in general

While I'm not a huge Allison fan becuse of her personality, and Jammin exists, but based purely on physical appearance I'd always choose Alli over V. Give me a fit thin girl any day over a thic one

Even though I prefer more latina alike, personality is also a taste and it matters more than the body type for me. my LI rank is Nat-Jas-Maggie-V-Allie and it has nothing with their body type, probably I'm the weirdo because I love the analytical and practical personality of Nat over the slight immature but fun of Jas. V and allie I rank those last because not fond of GF/EXes in AVNs but I always prefer clingy and possessive V over nagging and with too much past Allison even though I like her personality but as a friend.

There is players for sure like me that play many routes or all, I have playthroughs for all the 5 main girls (or that seem are the main because they have more screen time), my main playthrough is Nat but since she isn't interested in a relationship with the MC (yet) I use that for a "manwhore" route to see the side girls scenes . Then have solo Jas and Maggie. 2 for V 1 faithful and 1 cheating and 2 for Allie that one is love solo route and the other blame/hate route, that last one is the one I care less and usually leave for the last playthrough.

You also have to remember, Veronica is intentionally the way she is, because she is written to make a lot of you feel the way you feel.

Any VN dev that starts the story with you in an established romance....has to give the player an 'out'...so really one could say she could have been written far better and yet still give you an out...

Facts remain, unless you're playing the MC exactly as yourself (and think about that, because the MC is a dumb idiot and not terribly likeable), Veronica is still the second best LI in term of a 'long-term' relationship....perhaps the best if you don't want the baggage that Maggie comes with. All the rest are just a disater waiting to happen (again in one case) if this was anywhere close to being realistic.

BUT holy fictional shit, holding on to a grudge toward her ex for 3 or 5y instead of focusing on herself, her career AND her daughter and moving on with another man says a lot about a person like her. One of the biggest red flags ever in a person, IMO, but let's go back to shitting on V's character for not doing even half the shit Allison did like the fine, reasonable ppl we are.

And another thing, all this reuniting the broken family Hollywood cliché some players seem to have a hard on for makes no sense storywise, cuz the two of them still hate each other, MC's a known cheater, Allison's still not over their divorce and brings absolutely nothing special to the table that other at least 100 younger, more attractive women like Jazzy, Nat and Maggie do.

Sure, they're all still very young and inexperienced, not exactly solid step-mom material for Lily, if we keep it a buck, but they (Maggie and Jasmine at least) love the MC and are willing to support him as best as they can in his journey, so who knows ?? Maybe they'll prove themselves to be up to the task in the next updates, and they can always have children of their own with the MC.

If I was Jake, I'd never cheat on Allie. I'd go to a family therapist and try to solve the issues to the end. If it works, it works. If not, I'd leave her with peace. But as I said I'd never ever cheat on Allie.

I'm not choosing Allie over V because of her appearance. I mean, yeah she's indeed a smokeshow. But also a lovely mother, a smart woman, and most importantly a good lover. Yes, a good lover! Because after all this shit she still loves Jake. There's no doubt about it. I agree with y'all about her bitchy attitude towards to Jake is kinda unnecessary and she should stop overreacting all the time. I never said Allie is Mrs. Perfect.

On the other hand, there is V... I don't think she is a bad person. Actually, she really cares about Jake. Well... at least most of the time. But I'd never ever choose V over any woman in this world. I do like busty latinas, and def have a thing for MILFs. But you know... I honestly think everything about V is wrong in the story so far. Her selfishness is the biggest NO for me.
