Yeah, since there've essentially been zero choices between Maggie and anyone else, I'm all in with her on all the playthroughs. And I've been nice with Allison, choosing everything supportive but going with Jasmine to the ball, so all of Allie's thoughts are like she's reconsidering getting back together so thats gonna be awkward later.

Yeah, my main run is blow off V, best route with Allie (but not to reconcile, just to co-parent better), flirt with Jammin, but no relationship, fun with Natalya (because dammmmn, she is hot), and flirt with Kahlani. The only one I am vaguely serious about is Maggie (because as hot as she is, I melt when I look at her eyes, and I am a sucker for a damsel in distress), though if it's possible to get serious with Kris and Alexa after the kinky threesome, I am all in. Fuck, the only potentially non-compromised relationship in the game (if Nat is indeed a spy of some sort) is with Kris (and that girl's got issues).

Allie: really bad history, and not just the divorce. They suck in the good times, are only good in crises. Patterns repeat!
V: Clingy woman trying to leverage FWB into a serious relationship despite all the shit going on in your life? Bye!
Jammin: will straight-up get your life ruined-fired from job, lose the project, and her gramps will kill you if you fuck up.
Maggie: her "stepfather" can destroy you in so many ways, including murder, including wiping out everyone you know.
Natalya: may or not be a spy out to steal your tech (and by the way: now she's also your student and working on your tech!)
Alexa: wow! stalkery student? no red flags there!
Kahlani: your comatose kid's doctor, who depends on that data to save her life's work? Ethics and moral problems in one barrel!
Kris: Goth racer chick comes off way too crazy at first, and has some serious issues. Might be the safest choice of the lot.

Well, at least we have an option to stay single with at most some one night stands in act 1. That route even has a Steam achievement: Dry pen.

The only thing I don't like about that route is that it only seems possible if you're being a dick to everyone.

I completely forgot she existed. Double checking the official walkthrough, she's not listed as an LI or side girl, just a supporting character. Time will probably change what she is; it might be written that way since she doesn't have a lewd scene yet.

I dont think think it's necessary to break up with Veronica, you just need to be on good terms with her. Also don't get too excited for the scene like I did on my first playthrough.

Your hypothetical situation with "your girl" is a much stronger relationship than V has with Jake.

Before player agency kicks in, Jake has been keeping V at arms length despite her pushing for the next step. As the player, you can have Jake soften and give in, or continue to keep the distance. In situations where you are keeping distance, it would make absolutely no sense to go to V for any sort of support regarding Lily.

I like the game and I like the characters, the renders are amazing too. I'm excited to see where this game goes forward. For the LI, I think Veronica deserves someone other than the mc as she wants a proper relationship which the mc doesn't, though I did found it funny that she went to canada after MC "rejects" her. Allison also deserves better as I personally think that cheating on your partner no matter how 'lonely' you might feel is the worst thing in the world. Atleast the mc recognises his mistakes that they should've gone to therapy, and is trying his best again. Jasmine is great, not much to say. Maggie's character is a bit iffy I'm not really how I really feel about her

What is like about the mc is that he is makes mistakes but is mature about it in the end, which is great

I think my favourite character model is also Allison's which is also a big plus point. I also like Allison's route the most because I like her character and their dynamic together and it also feels like a redemption story of mc fixing his relationship and stuff.

Tldr; 8/10 game so far, Good story, Renders, characters and MC because he's mature and morally grey which I like (he cheated and there's no excuses for it but he is on a redemption arc on Allison's path). Allison is the best LI, Jasmine following close behind

I didn't say gf, I said "your girl" specifically bc I meant literally anyone you have feelings for, regardless of their relation to you.

It's not about logic, it's about feelings. If you give any shit about a woman, then you pay attention to how she feels about you, regardless of what your explicit "contract" is.

If you say a woman is an asshole for leading a man on when he's in the friendzone with her;

Then a man is equally an asshole for leading a woman on when she's in the fuckzone with him.

In both cases you don't technically have any obligation. But an adult doesn't just throw up their hands and say "hey I didn't agree to anything, I did completely did nothing wrong"
