You'd believe us if that happened to you. I'm happy to say I didn't go through an experience like this, but if I did, I'd try to convince my parents it's best to divorce than to constantly hear them argue and fight with each other over all kinds of serious or trivial shit. It's the same thing I'd do if I was in MC's shoes with a wife like Allison.



Don't know about the others, but I would forgive her IF the MC gave her the same treatment she gave him and she didn't use this as an excuse to go fuck around and only come back to him after she got older or was run through by the whole country.

There is a limit to forgiveness too. If the MC was that kinda asshole, you wouldn't be hearing me defend him just cuz he's the MC of the game, but since he wasn't, he deserves a better treatment from his ex-wife.

If one of the partners in a marriage is (suddenly?!) asexual, its still wrong and a shitty move to cheat on this person. Its simply not a solution.

If you wife is asexual, you would have to communicate with her about it and your needs and find a solution together like for example a divorce or allowing the partner to have sex with other people. But just deciding it on yourself because your partner is asexual and using it as a excuse? Whats wrong with your understanding of right and wrong lol.

And im not throwing stones at jake, but im not deluding and twisting his wrongdoings either. He did wrong, he knows it and takes the responsibility for it. Thats why hes a great protagonist, hes flawed and human like most of us but that doesnt excuse his actions or makes allision's anger less valid.

Maybe youre one of the few able to forgive a partner for cheating, i am not and im pretty sure the vast majority who dislikes allision isnt able to forgive their partner for cheating either, but maybe im wrong about that like in your case.

I mean allison is angry and hurt, feels betrayed and still loves the man. The best case for both would probably no contact at all anymore but she cant entirely break contact with him because they have a child together, which is simply just a shitty situation for Jake and Allison.

But he created this situation. He could have divorced her, fucked every women on the planet and still have at least a not completly destroyed relationship with the mother of his child.

Incredible game. Racing* to Patreon (hopefully they have an SS instead) to support right after I type this. I love how this dev DOESN'T WASTE ANIMATIONS. It helps that they are a talented writer, but seriously, waaaaay too many devs just throw animations at a project, or a thousand slightly different still images and bloat the file size, when you can do what RoL does and just have one still, multiple lines, then another still and so on.

Only con is that Alexa is criminally underused. Frankly I want her in every scene. Racing scene. Alexa is there to support Jasmin. Friendship scene with Coop, Alexa is his neighbor... somehow (I don't give a shit, ram her in there). Frankly I don't even care if its detrimental to the story. Hospital scene meant to set the stakes and tug at our emotions. PUT OUR GIRL IN THE ROOM.

All kidding aside, she's a great side character, but I worry she's meant to be a main chick. Usually the type of one-note characters that make for amazing sexual and/or comedic chemistry don't work as well when they have to stand on their own. I hope she's the exception, cause I don't like cheating on Veronica OR Allie, but I'd cuck them both in FRONT of the MC's comatose daughter to split lips with Alexa.

Jake didnt looked for solutions or a confrontation about their problems, he just did hide away and "hoped for the best".

Jake cleary stated that they both didnt put each other as second, they are both to blame for it, its not the way youre trying to spin it like Jake was super affectionate always trying to be there for her and invite her to fun activitys .. no .. he didnt do that neither.

We, he himself too, literally said he was a selfish dickhead who screwed up real bad and is now trying his best to fix his mistakes by being a good father to Lily and trying to be friends with Allison, with whom he co-parents Lily and who reminds him how much of a prick he was every chance she gets when she could simply find herself another man to fuck or remarry and only respect the MC for being her daughter's dad.

After her accident, and this is an important detail some of y'all missed for some reason, intentionally or not, Allison made it clear she could ALWAYS count on his help when she needed it and they always worked better together in difficult situations. It's all in the script, feel free to read it again, if you don't believe me. Nobody wants her to forgive him the next second he apologizes to her and starts making empty promises again, assuming the player wants them to get back together, but she's being real immature and annoying about it, despite being a very smart career woman, not your average NBA/NFL trophy wife or gold digger.

I never said it was ok to cheat on your partner, no matter if you a man or a woman, but constantly being turned down and seeing your marriage/relationship be put on the backburner for all kinds of other things and activities won't make anyone too happy with said situation and will force them to act. Allie has some of the deepest moments in the game. Great character stuff. Her pain and anger are fully justified. Only problem is most players aren't 'here' for a difficult relationship. We can get that IRL. Theyr'e here for a fetish, or for something fun and easy. I get it, but I encourage anyone looking for something a bit more rewarding than say Veronica's outright worship (no offense intended, I love V) to give Allie a try. She's subtle, and slow burn. But if you stay true and put in the work, she softens up A LOT in a short time and the tiny little rewards when she cracks her armor open and lets you in are incredible.

Not to mention her angry sex scene is fucking dynamite.

Reading back this baffling escalated discussion, the main "culprit" is wanker digging up an older comment and preaching his views while being dismissive over others and trying to correct them. Someone doesn't want to get together with a cheater, is that so hard to understand and does it demand to be contradicted? Do you instead really need to claim what a cheater like Jake is really about, starting an entire argument about the ifs and whys of cheating?

A good chunk of his takes are valid, this is a porn game and a bunch of characters aren't much beyond bimbos, but there is having an opinion and then there is forcing it on everyone else who have other takes on several characters or relationship. Maybe V is a demanding bitch, or maybe she is considerate and Jake played her. Maybe Jasmine is a needy girl with flags sharing her hair color, or maybe she has a good chunk of self-esteem. Maybe Allison is a spiteful ex, maybe she is merely bitter and gives Jake the benefit of a doubt. Maybe Jake is mostly at fault, maybe there are several other aspects in the relationship not mentioned that make it not justified, but explainable why he cheated.
