Gamble with what little money you actually do have (and by gamble I actually mean, gamble...chance) and go illegal street racing with a car (with I might add, if you know 'anything' about cars or motor sport), is not suitable, requires money spending on it and could in itself, guarantee you never make the money (or see your daughter again...you know, the single most important thing in your life) because you either got arrested, killed a pedestrian or probably yourself (thus breaking your promise to your ex-wife..you know,, said mother of your child). The very fact you have agency in the races and not win a single one...just shows what a pointless plot device it really is.

Don't get me wrong, it is a contrived plotline... in the same way that Breaking Bad is contrived because most people who get cancer don't start a meth empire to pay for treatment. That is kind of the point of fiction, to tell extraordinary stories with human centers. That's why we have suspension of disbelief; it lets us accept less than normal circumstances because they're all in service to a greater narrative. So long as there are threads of logic stitching it all together, the fabric will hold.

The whole entire plot....just another stupid crime/revenge/thriller wrapped up in something that came from left field. So many VN's do it and none of them need it. The battery tech storyline alone is more than enough to carry this VN totally unbelievable and erasable from the plot.

I won't even get into the why of how fucking stupid the whole illegal street-racing part of this VN is.

I have seen too many people ruin themselves, trying to solve their financial trouble or trying to become rich doing stupid things like start to gamble. So it isn't unrealistic if a desperate man tries to make a lot of money with the illegal street racing, above all if this miraculous battery is still prototype with a lot of potential, but no actual commercial use; like it is in this moment of the game.

I think you nailed it right here. She's the fucking Jared Leto of the game. Sure, there are some fans, but most of the time if they're completely removed from the project things are either the same or improved by their absence.

I think you must've missed something crucial when playing the game and maybe that's why you think the racing aspect is so pointless, because you very much can win the races. I lost the first one on my very first playthrough because I didn't quite understand the mechanic yet but once I figured it out I redid it and it was pretty easy. Haven't lost any since then. I'd strongly suggest giving it another whirl if that's something you struggled with.

What you're missing are different versions of the scenes with V and Nat with Jassmine.
The V one would be doing the mini-game without doing it perfectly, or vice versa. I don't know exactly which one you have unlocked. And the other one is being on Nat's path, without having had a relationship with Jasmine, if I remember correctly.

It wasn't Jasmine who created V but V who created Jasmine.
It was Veronica who went crazy for no reason when Jasmine and MC weren't doing anything illicit or even remotely compromising and started calling Jasmine a whore. Veronica has no justification since any "seduction" by Jasmine begins after that event.

Honestly I never liked V and still don't the Jasmine shit doesn't bother at all cause it always rubbed me the wrong way how V asked for a serious relationship again not long after Lilly's accident. I always thought Jasmine fucking with V was funny and kind of not a big deal to me I need to replay the game but didn't V kind of start it? While yeah she should of not done it all and it's a minor negative for her character to me. Tho I don't see Jas as a slut I think Nat and Alexa are more slutty than Jas personally. Tho the last update where Jasmine kicked the MC out of her room after the sex scene super faster maybe somewhat dislike her.

Either way V and Jas don't compare to Allie and Maggie for me

Yeah, he's a researcher professor or whatever, but at the same time he cheated on the mother of his child. Now he's involved with alumni (If you take that path) which is a very bad idea when the life of your child depends on your work. Illegal street racing is the least of his problems imo.

I always find her quite attractive when she puts her hair up, but it doesn't look that flattering when it's down. I dunno, maybe it just makes her head look wider or something I guess.

That's the a false equivalency though, there's no flirting between Jasmine and MC in front of Veronica before she goes into bunny boiler mode.

A correct question would simply be:

And the answer to that is no, I wouldn't feel like she feels just because there's boys in the same room as Jasmine. Other college AVNs have mixed gender classes with LIs in the classroom with male NPCs and I have absolutely zero problem with that.
