No, and given dialogue within the game, I think it's pretty obvious who did it (from the same character)...unless those are huge red herrings from the writer.

While I agree that a lot of people on this forum get a bit too easily butthurt over unconventional storylines, it is worth pointing out that the whole draw to playing these games is to bang babes. It simply doesn't make much sense to give romanceable characters storylines that will make you hate them. Storylines with drama, angst and tragedy, sure, but giving players a love interest option who they will inevitably hate in a dating sim is kind of like releasing a TBS where it doesn't matter what builds you go with because the final boss has a single hit point and dies instantly to any attack. Doesn't matter if there was a very good thematic reason for it, your playerbase will inevitably feel disappointed.

Yes. Of course, it could be a 'so obvious it isn't'...but that would in all honesty just be lame as hell. We know who did it, the MC recognised him, he all but admits it when MC and Maggie arrive at the house.
Now exactly on who's orders it was...etc etc...well...but then you have to ask...why? It's really overly convoluted.

There's the mysterious man who knocks MC out afterwards. Given his frame and and the talk about the accent, I do think it's the "Antonio" guy that visits Jasmine later

Another small update!
We’ve added Traditional Chinese support, and the Official Guide is now also available in French!
We’re really happy that even more players can now enjoy Race of Life Act 1 in a more accessible way!
As for Act 2 - we’re working hard on it! Dozens of new animations are already finished, and we’re also introducing a completely new optional mini-game - something totally different and not necessarily related to racing or erotic scenes.
Speaking of animations, the upcoming Act will also feature optional sound effects!
Each girl will have her own unique voice and reactions, and we’ve put a lot of effort into making everything sound as natural and realistic as possible. Many of you mentioned this in feedback from Act 1, so we’re really happy to bring that improvement to Act 2!
Of course, all sounds will be fully optional - you’ll be able to easily toggle them on or off in the settings. We know not everyone likes having those sounds forced in this type of game.
You’ll get your first look at some of the new animations in the Act 2 trailer, which we’re currently preparing for the Steam page!
In the meantime, here are a few fresh renders from the upcoming Act!

if it's like the racing one I don't mind it I actually like that one haha but otherwise yeah minigames rarely every worth it only 1 other AVN had a minigame I liked but that is cause I love JRPG's

Yeah same, the racing one nice indeed nice and fits the game but we already have the racing minigame, i doubt it will be another racing one and even than i would say the existing one is fine enough

We're also missing the girl MC cheated on his wife with. I think she will appear in S2 to help further his doubts with Veronica/Allison, as the former still needs to know about the reason why he and his ex-wife split apart (and this could also further make her spiral as V has got a history with cheating partners)

That would be impressively infuriating.
Would basically nuke any and all progress with Allison, and Veronica would undoubtedly throw an absolute fit and a half.
I don't know if the dev reads any of these posts, but it would sure be nice to have either a scroll bar on the text message screen or better yet have it default to the last (most recent) message. Same for the character information screens.

ATP I also feel like it could go something like this:
S2 the MC and the girls find out about the devious plan surrounding them and that somehow, someway, included MC's daughter incident (or didn't). They win and the season ends with Lily finally waking up for MC and Allison's joy. The main love interests get each an arc of wanting to finally get serious (again, in Allison's case) with MC who has to come clean about him having cheated or currently cheating on them (and this may stop or hamper some paths and lock others into the "friends-with-benefits" thing rather than a full-on love path). I think a good closing scene for Episode 1 would be Maggie, Allison and Veronica finally getting to see each other in person for the first time - and MC having to deal with that as some paths may be colliding or not.
S3 is basically a big epilogue arc wherein as Lily's life starts anew again she wonders if her parents could get back together as they have indeed gotten closer again (in a bad way? Or a good way?) and MC navigates his various relationships as he also gets closer to him becoming very rich due to his battery; could Maggie's mother (whom I presume will be saved in S2) want her daughter to pursue him at that point? Could Veronica get even more jealous and insecure as his higher social status could lead to him meeting even more temptations?; could his street racing past threaten him? etc, and the final decision he has to make in regards to who he wants to spend his life with (and in what manner, as he may indulge his desires and end up with a partner in a lust based relationship rather than a romantic one and so on and so forth).

Yeah dev times went from like 3-6 months to 9-15, it's better to subscribe for the equivalent of buying the game (like an AAA game price tag if you want) when you like the game, like it was always done with videogames. I consider the games here a shareware version just to know if I like the game and then I contribute.
There are a few devs busting their balls with high quality development who deserve the constant support, but so many others are just shamelessly milking with the lowest possible effort.
