I would agree with this if this game was updated every month or 2, but were at the 6 month mark now and still no update, so with what your saying it would be 2-3 years until something good happens with the main 3 girls, that is my worry for this game, that it will be years away until something good happens with them.

While possibly true from a business perspective, which includes keeping the hype going, I again think we need to detach the real time passing while waiting for updates from the in game time - both story progression and play time - when judging what the appropriate time for "action" would be.

If you look at a game like Sisterly Lust, they managed to incorporate all the above mentioned fetishes and still keep a very "lovey dovey", generally wholesome overall feeling. So I hope all of those things can be experienced without having to go all in Fritzl on the girls. And Sisterly Lust also took quite a few updates to get to the incest sex scenes as the MC had to build trust with his sisters and mother before they felt comfortable doing anything with him. Man of the House similarly took quite a while to get to the family fucking, as did Summertime Saga, Milfy City, Timestamps, Echoes of Lust, Dating My Daughter, Daughter for Dessert, Dreams of Desire, pretty much every high quality game you can think of that involved incest, so that's why this game is not likely to see much action with the triplets until we're several updates in.

My New Family didn't take long to get to incest with a couple of the characters, and it is a high quality game.

I'm not familiar with that one, but it also depends on the story being told and how the characters are portrayed.
Most of the time it's clear that the characters and the dynamic between them is one where it will take time to build the relationship, either because of who they are to each other or because of the general hang-ups of modern society, like not putting out after a first date and generally needing to open themselves up to be being more promiscuous.
There are other games that have a much more 'devil may care' approach where sex happens really easily, even if they're related, but this doesn't feel like a game that will got down that road and will instead spend time building up the relationships between the MC and his girls.

Yes but these games were regularly updated so it took like 6-9 months with quite a lot of updates to get that, so you cant compare them to this as ive never seen a game take so long just to bring out an update, yes i know Milfy city is a joke now but this did at one point have much faster updates and did get some nice scenes in before going dark. If this game had the same type of updates we should be at least 4 in by now and very close to getting some decent scenes not just blowjobs and fingering.
When I see a dev saying the update will probably release this month that pretty much tells me to not expect an update until next month. So look for ~6 months/biannual releases to be the thing here. But hey, at least there will be an hour of content for you to play twice a year!

I also don't think that "Milfy City" is a good example - mother wants to bone you from day 1 and has no real hesitation at all, elder sister not so much but you get into very sexualized situations without much ado with her. The others are a better fit, and with quite a few of them it took longer than "6 to 9 months" before the action within the family began (DmD even is infamous as a blueballer). But I still will hold the opinion that "real time passing between first version of the game and first version of the game with incest" is a bad metric to jusge anything by and a slower updating process should not mean that the story needs to speed up, since this will affect the quality of the final product to those who want to play that and never cared about anything during development.

In this instance, I very much disagree with that. For starters, this game came out in April, so to expect there to have been 4 updates in just over 5 months is ridiculous for a game of this quality. Pretty much all the games I mentioned didn't and don't update that quickly and many of them took years before they got to the good sex scenes, especially the incest ones. There might have been tits showing and a bit of masturbation, touching, and even kissing, but even those didn't take 2 or 3 updates either.
Secondly, the dev who does the renders, Alorth, had a farily busy work schedule up until recently as they worked on several other games for other devs and on their own games. They've since cut it down to just 3 so updates should be quicker from now.
Finally, there are also general life issues to consider, like the fact that both Alorth and Sir Dammed had full-time jobs up until a couple of months ago, and there have some been some issues that Alorth has made me aware of to do with health and even the weather in the past month that delayed production. If those hadn't happened, then the update would have been out last week, but these issues have pushed things back a few weeks.
I get that people want to see some good stuff from this game, I do too, but I've come to accept the fact that there is a great deal of patience required with these games because it's not a quick or easy process to develop them and the best games take their time to build good stories that make the eventual sex scenes far more worthwhile than if they just threw them in right from the start.
Things will be quicker now that the devs can work on their games full-time and that Alorth is down to just 3 things they work on/help with. Even if it's around 4 months per update from now on, that'll be totally fine.
One thing about Sisterly Lust I really loved is that it did take a while to build up to Rachel/Bella/Liza sex stuff (I don't know about Susan, I didn't pursue her), but it also threw you in some naughtiness earlier than that through side characters (Ana, Alina, etc). That way you could have the nice build-up to incest, while also getting little porn injections along the way - keeping both your id and your super-ego engaged as the story progresses.
(Forgive me if I completely over-simplified the role of the super-ego in all this, but this is also porn we're talking about so let's not get too deep, here)
I think this game has done some of that, too, with the flashback and dream sequence.

Sisterly Lust is probably the closest in terms of the model this game will follow by gradually building up the relationships with the daughters, but giving us side characters like Brooke to keep us entertained during the incest build-up.
