While I am certainly not advocating for a "70s bush", a fully shaved (except for the head) girl tends to scream "loli" to me waaaay louder than a petite body with hardly a breast. A bit of groomed hair is the way to go. (For me, this is of course a matter of taste)

My New Family suffers from introducing sex with the family members too quickly. As a result, that dev has to keep introducing new characters for the MC to chase. Harem games like that one become very shallow and boring after the initial thrill of taboo is gone. I stopped playing it a long time ago.
That same fate will hopefully be avoided in this game, as I suspect it will. I know people are in a rush to get the girls in bed, but sometimes a slow burn in necessary for the overall health of the game.

I'm going to jump in again and just say it's a shame we're probably at least a YEAR away from seeing the harem route start to unfold. Unless they can get the updates to a faster outcome, or just move over with a more general game play instead of each day going by so we can get some narrative flow like "Over the next few weeks the girls got more comfortable in the new place and started using the pool more often" then an event happens. If that's the case I would love to see a birthday even where depending on your path you may get them to be open about birthday suits? I mean an all girl house they used to have may have been a little more relaxed on clothing rules and hey, it's no big deal, it's still all family after all, right?

The first hours are good, but after a while its like any other 'cest game and gets really boring for me, because they all basically get in love with the MC in the first 10 or 15 minutes, not even get into, just straight love. There's no interesting or even a real build up, after a while they just start banging. Sisterly Lust is a good example of how 'cest games should work. I mean I used to like it when I had played like 1 or 2 games of these sort of VN, but in the end My New Family is a super basic game. RN I skip the story to see the CGs and thats it, because I've also seen this story a million times already anyway.

I would also add Single Again and Light of My Life to examples of why the slow burn is the best route. Building up emotional rapport with the characters (for me) is actually more rewarding than the let`s just fuck `em stuff. Story/Character development is a key ingredient to damn good VN in my opinion. Porn for porns sake? better going to Pornhub and get your fap on.
Radiant is looking great for story content and character depth so far, really promising content too date. Just the waiting part...is.hard.

I just started playing Sylphine, you can click on your bed and fantasize about the girls, that is what this game is going to need.

Luckily my hair started to leave my head in my mid twenties, so I won't have to worry about that.
As for "unpopular": sure for many, but not necessarily for all. If the story is good and doesn't need it that early (within the story), I'll be fine with it. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have a way more advanced stage to play of course, but if a slow burn gets turned into a quick explosion just for the sake of showing skin and more, without any justification by the story, it would be worse for me personally. It'd be a long wait with then lacking rewards for the wait. But of course, the slow burn vs quick sex thing is a matter of taste.
As for "dream sequences" to get into some people's pants quicker without corrupting the story, as much as I like the start of Sylphine and its very responsive dev, tends to be used too often as a cheap cop out, especially if it is not justified by the story that the MC (as opposed to the player) would try to dream of them already. (The latter is not the case in Sylphine, it is established that you have been longing for your roommates - real roommates, not hidden sisters by the way - for quite a while, so it is different.)
