Actually, when the MC takes Gracie home she reveals that she has a crush on him, so there was deeper feelings there than just the loneliness and sadness of being stood up, and had the MC not crashed then it might have developed into a romance. That's why Gracie kept visiting him in the hospital for a while, because she had a crush on him and hoped he'd wake up so they could be together.

Same here. Development is so slow for this one I keep forgetting not just the story but about the game itself.
Agree this is a plothole. It's possible that she never mentioned the pregnancy. That she wasn't yet kicked out by her dad and wasn't showing. That his parents moved him away before that. Still seems dubious.
It's alright I had to get a hex code for the pink as there is no pink on the options by default.
