New update might be coming out soon they just dropped below 1k patrons.

usually is alpha, then beta and after some time final, so still far away, am following this thread havent seen any eta, so not any time soon for sure, i guess dev wants to break his 14m record, only 3 more to go.Since v0.5 is not final, it's gona be alpha + beta +?= 12+months

You're looking at the first of the month when all subscriptions are renewed and some of the transactions are held up or declined. Happens all the time. It'll go back up.
Maddie is the ultimate prize. If you noticed, it´s the only one of the the triplets that you haven´t seen fully naked. With this said, they will milk stuff with, for her to be the last to be banged, so, very unfortuantely, 3 more years at least until something happens.

At this pace it would probably take 10 years to actually complete the game. I don't know if they will officially abandon the game, the most likely scenario is that this just ends up being another milfy city. As long as they still have patrons they will claim that they are working on the game.
