Sadly that's becoming the norm for good amount of Devs who make pretty good games.
Granted some have regular jobs so I understand the long wait for updates.
Others.....well not gonna open that can of worms....

After he released the last update he said he wanted to release 2 more updates this year. For that to happen he would need to release one update this month or at the start of August for that to even be possible. I think the last time he updated the progress tracker was at the end of May and the update wasn't even at 50%. I think there is a good chance that we might get at least 1 update this year but it wouldn't surprise me if it took again, almost a year to release it.

The most recent walkthrough is not for the most recent chapter but it sets you up pretty well on the dark path. The darkest dark path, the one that lets you rape Olivia, is what they call the “alternate” dark path.
