Look at the posts before you, it was already discussed, it's mandatory. Scenes with the Main Hero and Heroine only happens at the prologue, after day 1, every other scene of the heroine is with other people. You can play exclusively with Kouta if you want but Asuka's corruption will still continue off-screen, so she's still cheating on him. You can avoid the NTR in its entirety, but then its a short game that involves ignoring the exploration part of the game. All you do is sleep, upgrade, and fight. That is all you can do to avoid the NTR entirely (by avoiding it, I mean you are not an active partipant and you do not have to see any of it..to me that is avoidable). If you do any exploration, then it is typical unwilling blackmail/corruption turns to willing NTR scenario. Female protagonist is unwilling early but then slowly gets corrupted until she is more then willing. So, its really the players call. Speaking of which, Why doesn't this game have the CORRUPTION tag? When you do not have to see a single scene, or have a hand to causing it. That is avoiding it. Definition: Avoid - stop oneself from doing (something), to keep away from, to prevent the effectiveness of. Since you are not doing doing the actual NTR, you are avoiding it by definition. The computer is doing it and therefore, you are not controlling her or witnessing it, you have avoided it.
There are a lot of NTR games out there where you have no choice but to see every scene and even cause them to happen. That is unavoidable.

I think that's taking the word's meaning a bit too much out of the context. The definition's not false, yes, but let's say that I've got a girlfriend who's been an object of many men's sexual fantasy, and those men were able to have their way with her without me knowing it. Would you say that I've been able to "avoid" the NTR just because "I didn't see" any of what she did behind my back? I don't think that's how it really works.

I wish you guys also pay the 14 dollars for the game on Steam. We need more translated NTR games from Kagura. By not buying it, you're making it highly probable there won't be any more quality NTR games done professionally. I mean come on it's 14 dollars. Wait kagura is translating Knight of Messiah? its the only game i ever finished untranslated. Its pretty good.That's why I was worried about this game, Ambrosia and 'Public Defense Corp' being in their list... *sigh*
Can't even blame them, just take the already existing fan-translation and sell it yourself, easy money.
Well...at least they have to put in SOME work into Ambrosia, since it just got a partial translation.
I guess I have to wait even longer for games like Explorers of the Abyss (absolutely unplayable without translation...), Summer Memories, Knights of Messiah, Magnificent Kingdom, etc to be translated...
