Trying to understand everything you can't understand is a pointless endeavor. There will always be things you can't and won't understand, while it's admirable that you're attempting to; saying "I can't imagine how is it possible for people to (insert adjective/verb here)" is just naivety or innocence and it's a question that you shouldn't really ask since its common knowledge for everyone to not understand everything.

the actual best explanation would be the fact that there's more people making porn games than ever before, as it's become a more realistic revenue stream for smaller companies and even individuals, compared to how it was, say, 10-20 years ago. as a result, there's more games.
so, if 50% of all porn games feature rape/humiliation (not correct, but for simplicity in numbers here), and there were 100 porn games made per year ~10 years ago, that means there were only 50. but, now if there were 1000 porn games made per year in our current day and age, that's 500--the same overall percentage, but much more to go through
furthermore: sorry it's not your fetish but for some people (like me) it is. sometimes people find comfort in seeing a bad situation, maybe it makes them feel better about their currently not-so-great life--or maybe they just get off to sadistic/masochistic stuff for any other reason, and i think that's fine too
