how to make combo of dll?For those who are trying to play on Win10 and game isn't working.
Use this combo of dll (make copy of original dll and unzip it to main dir).
It should work with English subtitles in Fullscreen ONLY (windowed is bugged, on 16:9 monitors it will be stretched).
You need to open it in YOUR REGION (DON'T use Applocale).
Also check your Registry - you need to set correct folder structure to play this game (error with no config file to open).
It took me 2h to test what dll combination will make it fully work.
EDIT October 05, 2022 about [VIRUS]: There is false positive virus alert by VirusTotal (_alt.dll is flagged by online Malwerbytes).
I tested it with Malwerbytes (premium trial, installed on my PC) and gave no positive raport- files are clean.
Probably it's because antiviruses hates archives with .dll files.
Just paste 2files from .7zip to game directory where .exe is and override the files.
I ran into this problem (the message is something along the lines of game options not being readable) and have a guess as to what causes it. Even the English game needs to be run through a locale changer to ja_JP from the first launch, as otherwise in some way or another a config file is going to get miswritten and the game is going to have trouble launching again. I got around this by just reinstalling the game, but I'm not sure if your own save can be preserved through reinstalls (i.e. is the save file part of the problem?)

I tried downloading the game and there is no option to download it. When I go through the download options via the links, I get a WinRAR file.

tried all methods, but also this at lowest resolution performance mode, no compatibilty things, i run Rapelay English.exe with my second monitor unplugged and using windows 22h2 19045
EDIT: forgot to mention, it doesnt start, it just opens to a black corner in the top left then quits silently

Was about to give up and install Windows 7, but I tried installing DXVK instead and it just works now.
The others methods might work for you, they didn't for me but its probably because I'm on the latest version of Windows 10, so this might only work on that and Windows 11. Download latest release here (2.2 at time of writing),
EDIT: Also use Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode, and disable your second (or more) monitor(s). Also try low resolutions first

I need help with mine. Everything is perfect. Got the mods to work finally by running HL Harem through administrator. Unfortunately, after going through the intro and it loads the first scene. It just closes, no error message, no bluescreen, nothing. I am on windows 10.
Okay, so I just downloaded what was in the first post and applied the two dll files to make the game launch, and everything is working. The problem is that... none of the penetration is functioning correctly? At least I hope it isn't supposed to be like this. Any penetration animations consist of the guy's dick flopping around and clipping through the girl's body constantly, some scenes don't even look like any penetration happens at all and he's just slapping them with his magic clipping penis. Going even further than that, some animations have the dick bending at impossible angles, clipping through the guy's body. Any idea what could be causing this?

Yeah, can confirm this method works. The only additional setting that I did was Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode (the 3D mode stuck on black screen when you load the save without this), the 3D mode still run smoothly on highest provided resolution and quality texture for me. Using windows 11 22h2.
