True, but at the end of the “Daughters of the Goddess” scene, while leaving, Heloise mentions their daughter. What Maelys knows is that neither Heloise controls the Dragon nor the Dragon Heloise, that's also explained at the beginning of the scene. She probably also knows that they have a child together. Ergo, why does Heloise stay with the Dragon if she doesn't/can't control him? Because they are family.

I really hope it's eventually released for purchase on Itch. Would happily buy assuming a half-decent price point - haven't had a chance to check the price on Steam because I'm not logging in from my phone and haven't been on my PC in a while.
EDIT: Current Steam price pis $14.99, which is IMO a very fair price. If this is ever made available for purchase on itch.io, I will 100% buy it.

As a side note, I really hope that more stuff will be implemented with transformed characters. For instance, I'd love to be able to make a dragonized Naho or Darja a consort, or at least have the ability to visit them repeatedly.

Also, if I were to, say, pledge at the top level of the Patreon, but only for a couple months, would I still be eligible for the "very special" reward? Because I want to support the best games I find, but I also have limited resources :/

EDIT: Also, possible bug. There are two Adeline scenes listed, but I can't access them, even after unlocking everything via the kobold button. I'm on Android in my phone, for what it's worth. Tapping those scenes does nothing, unlike all other scenes in the gallery I've checked so far.
Furthermore, at least a couple of the gallery scenes don't end properly, and take you back to the main lair options.

Create a 2nd steam account and link it with family/friends sharing. Use account 1 for normal games account 2 for porn games. Don't add any of your friends to account 2.

You play as a humanoid dragon that ascends the thrown and ventures out to build a harem. While it does also have pregnancy it's not as fleshed out as this one but it does keep track and hopefully it doesn't pull a "one baby to rule them all"

It however isn't voiced and is made in RPG Maker MV.

Not sure if the reward is worth it anyway, it's just a singular sequence with your custom waifu.

People could always put their gaming on private on Steam too. Unless you don't have the money that is a weak excuse to not get the game there considering the huge number of payment forms.

True. I've been playing Ravager since the very first release. Still remember the borrowed artwork and the blonde, female knight? That has been removed in later versions? I'm happy that it finally got a Steam release.

As a side note, you can just buy Ravager on Steam and then close the Steam client. You don't need Steam running in the background just to play it because it doesn't have a DRM. That way, nobody will see that you're playing it, since you aren't logged into your account.
