As a player, I accept the developers' decisions, even if I don't agree with them. (See The goblin cave poor controllability.)

The writers are to be commended for creating such a well-done negative character. (Like Joffrey from Game of Thrones.)
We can do much harsher things to poor Naho or Valzira and they don't deserve it. Not to mention the other characters.
