Whoever wrote Heloise's lines for the naga pregnancy and consort ruined the rest of the game for me. Any other consort just doesn't feel correct to read anymore or fitting for how I think the story would go. This has stumped my multiple playthroughs quite badly.

No, the first chunk of act 5 is scheduled to be released later this year, in v5.0. V4.4 will be more of act 1-4 stuff.

pretty sure its just new art and a new consort, dont think they're adding content for after the war but i could be wrong.
