id call dwarf fortress a finished game in that it has all you need to play it even though the creator probably and definitely the community will never call it finished.

Came out in early access in 2016. And had been available for purchase in an even more unfinished state for longer than that from the developers website.
Most funny about your post is that game wasn't changed since like 2015 in any form. They redrawn some graphics, made UI better, improved modding, etc., but game was absolutely same. So your "opinion" is literally a meme, without backstory.

So this is already available as 5.0.5 on SVS, but is there any chance anyone has a filehost that doesn't take me 8 hours to download it from? I've been wanting to get my claws in Valzira since her introduction and I am stoked. I'm even willing to download it from SVS, just, yaknow, I'd prefer not to.

as an additional note to 4minutewarning if they ever come across this little note. I'm perfectly willing to shell out cash for your game, I just don't want to use steam for it. If I could get an updating version on Itch, even for the full steam price I'd buy it in a heartbeat, but I've got no use for the mobile version.

  • I promised a weighty update this month, and here it is - around fifty thousand words of new content, oodles of new art, our biggest animated scene yet, and plenty more besides.
  • A couple of our fan translations had to be removed from our previous update at the last minute, as they were throwing critical errors. These have now been repaired - sorry for the delay. Act V Features

  • Ending: Our first ‘proper’ ending. This one is quite tricky to find; you’ll need to go deeper (collab with Mattrex).
  • Harem: If you have promoted her after breaking, Naho can now serve as your pet (collab with Mattrex).
  • Harem: If Naho is unbroken, you can catch up with her in the dungeons (collab with Mattrex).

Great scenes, writing and mood of the game, near perfect 2d game. Buuuuut has one damn fatal flaw that MC is a dragon. Wish MC could turn into more human form for the spicy action.
It's not a flaw, it's the main thing of the game. Every other game has being human as MC, the point here is being the dragon that conquers territories, fucking human/elves/wolfmen while being the bigger and scaly being, with your bigger cock tearing into them, and leave all manner of offspring that may or may not be even in your specie
