Till I 1st encounter Maelys , that is when she Attacks my liar , I haven't met her once before.
Also there are no centaurs that I can think of .
Where are these Centaurs ?

Mapping maximized stats greatly depends on what lair you are going for. Sunken temple is by far the worst, while mine offers ALOT more gold potential and spire lets you capture valzira, without losing 1 day to scout her out and having to boost wolf morale beforehand.
Ways to increase strength, without eating the girls:
Prologue: nestle, mount, bite, spit. Then lunge+eat. This lets you start with 2str 1 charm 2 cruelty
ACT II: Lowlands, challenge naho, you fail and get 1str for it. Farmlands, talk to marie. Shelter yields mercy and charming, Pleasure gives potency and charming. Return to farms, eat cattle for another str point. Now you have 4 and that's all you actually need for the rest of the game.
ACT III: You will get an entirely redundant 5-th str point. From then on you can eat even more cattle at farm(6), eat mina's oxen(7), fight 10 men during Mina's scam event for another +1 (8), pay 1 gold to have your kobold attendant (make something for me-> sacrifice) boost you a whooping, if entirely useless +3 str.(11)
ACT: IV Yet another automatic and entirely useless +1str(12)
For maelys you need to know whether you want to have her as a slave or ally and go through her event in the forests *DURING ACT II*. Watch her get raped for a +slave point or save her via charm or str check for +ally point. This also makes it so that you need to succeed in only 1 check during the battle at the lair to win her over.

Mapping is the key word
In Darksouls you need to develop your skills and use them.
This game? there is zero skill, you just need to use a walkthrough.
Or you need to replay it so many times you write your own personal walkthrough.
There is absolutely zero indication of what is going to happen when you take an action. You are flying blind and randomly stumble into scene
There is absolutely no chance that any person could take the "correct" path without a walkthrough on his first playthrough because there is absolutely 0 wiggle room.
This really is a perfect example of the issue.
These are not tips, they are steps in a walkthrough.
You are literally telling us that

Just off the top of your head there are a dozen hard rules of what you must do, in an exact manner, to thread the needle. And there are many more you did not list.

I did try. It was not possible when I tried it.
Devs have since added many more scenes and options (and even acts) since I last attempted it.
So if we are to believe you, it is now "technically possible" but only if you fully map out the timeline.
This is an utterly obnoxious thing to suggest every player do.
So realistically, you are not supposed to play it as a game, you are supposed to use a walkthrough to turn this into a kinetic novel where all your choices are pre-made for you.

It's not vore. Malice just bites her in the neck and Adeline dies from poison.
For those that don't want things spoiled its important to remember that your wounds are a resource you can spend, you will recover 1 wounds per act. Failing various Stat checks can cause you to take a wound but also increase your strength as you gain experience. You can also look for easy targets to pick off, careless enemies, livestock, etc.

You might not be aware. But vore comes in two forms.
Hard vore = bite of and chew and swallow parts of flesh of another person. (often without killing them for extra cruelty.)
Soft vore = swallowing whole (no chewing)
As per these two pictures I attached, Malice is explicitly chewing Adeline's neck.
by the time she swallows the neck there is no neck left to chew on.
And the rest of Adeline has dissolved into a liquid from the venom, which is now evaporating as multi colored streams of light.
This is an example of hard vore. because she chewed and ate the flesh of another person.
Not the whole person, because her venom is so powerful it turned the rest of the person into an evaporating liquid in the few seconds it took her to chew and swallow the neck

Dude, you're just wrong. Malice doesn't swallow anything. She just bites Adeline on the neck. That's not vore.
A snake biting someone to inject venom is not vore, you buffoon.
Edit: Vore has clear definition - swallowing someone whole, without chewing.
If there's chewing, blood and death - that's gore, not vore. Go and learn meanings of words before saying stupid shit.

2. malice then explicitly chews
3. malice detaches only because the neck is gone so there is nothing left to attach to.
She literally chewed and ate all of adeline's throat, which is hard vore.
Do you even read what you yourself say? You just disprowed yourself by describing how Malice doesn't swallow anything, she just bites Adeline once.

does this game have much human-only or only lightly-themed animal content yet? the human character art, writing, and mechanical premise of stalking the countryside amassing a willing army/harem is great. i just don't want to be a lizard lol. isn't there a whole history of dragons transforming into human forms?

No, Protagonist is a dragon and stays a dragon the whole game. He doesn't become humanoid ever.

What happened to the meat inside of malice's mouth that she was chewing between step 2 and 3.
Tell me where did that meat in malice's mouth go!
Did it teleport into outer space. Or did she swallow it.
You can look at the guides in DS and cheese all the bosses quite easily, without gitting gud.
