Check your in-game mouse sensitivity. Maybe it's set to zero

How do you close the cheat window? I have tried clicking on the window and the c-a-c again.

there should be a little x to close it in the bottom right hand corner.

When you open the map, you can close it with the red X in the top right.
To control the sex scenes you can press ALT.
