I mean, I do not mean to rush you or anything. I just want to say that I am really looking forward for update.
No worries at all! I didn't interpret it that way. In fact - your message may have lit a bit of a fire under my ass. I'm trying to set aside some time this weekend to get some solid work done. It's really encouraging to hear that you enjoyed what I made and want more!

Now I don't think I'll have anything playable by next week but I may have some image previews!

So I wanted to say thanks for the well wishes and support from this forum. Thanks to that and some stuff in my personal life slowing down (finally). I'm able to start dedicating a little more time to the development of this game. I still really only have weekends to dedicate large swaths of time to it, but can sneak in some moments during the week for script writing, eventing, and map building.

I'll have a more detailed update on Itch within the next few days with some event previews, but for now I wanted to give you the image previews of two new characters to be introduced in the next version.

Like Aurora and the others, they will undergo some transformations through the course of the story.

Now enough of my yammering. It's back to work!

Neet models. And of course corruptible Nun and Soldier girl? You done your research well!

The nun is pivotal to the story (as all the major characters really are), but Freya is becoming one of my favorites now (Ami [pirate girl] is still my absolute favorite and her fully corrupted form is some of my best work if I do say so myself).

Freya is very heavily influenced (physically, not emotionally) by the character Sarah from Harem (by Ker).

In fact, this game has a lot of influence from that game. It was on the first ero-RPGs I played and it was great -the only thing I thing it missed out on was stronger corruption story telling.

I do remember nun, being mentioned in story. If I remember correctly she is saint or something.
What I meant is corrupting supposedly pure nun and disciplined soldier is like one of biggest wish of every corruptor. They supposed qualities are amplifying joy of corrupting. It never gets old. That is why they are likely pick many corruption game. And it is good thing.
Anything coming close are determined heroes, innocent schoolgirls (that one may be bit controversial without proper additional steps though) and maybe prideful or autority characters (which you had with that major and pirate girl). With knights being substitute for heroes or soldiers.

You still there, dev?

I have every intention of continuing - a lot of crap came up in my personal life (new job, family member in the hospital [not making excuses or looking for pity, just some reasons] that made me have to put this really on the back-burner. Your message is auspicious timing, as next week is the first week in some time I can actually dedicate some significant time to this project.

The time I had spent on it in the past few months was met with many challenges, really felt like every step I took forward, I was taking two steps back - this also led to frustration on my part which made it even more difficult to work of the game.

I certainly appreciate your interest in the game despite my failure to deliver, well, anything at this point.

I'm really hoping this next week I can turn things around on the game and get steady progress once again.

That being said, progress has been made on the game, especially with rebuilding and solidifying the experience of what was there in 0.1. The truth of the matter is that I released 0.1 too soon, as a neophyte developer, I really hit that dunning-kruger effect pretty damn hard. There was a lot I had to go back and fix to make a more enjoyable experience for both myself and the player.

Short answer is - I'm alive, the project is not dead, but I'm essentially a turtle with my speed of development.

Thank you for your patience.
