I loved the Spartacus tv show and like that the game is mimicking the story but....
The game is a little all over the place.

I get that there is content for all sexual preferences, but the way it's implemented makes it a bit hard to enjoy.
For me it is hard to enjoy a MC hetero scene with the mc when the next scene is a guy trying to fuck you.

Now I'm all for other content being in here for people to enjoy but I'm only here for scenes of the MC fucking women.
I just wish there was a switch at the start where you can Opt In/out for Hetero, Futa, Gay, or swinging/sharing and then it just hides the other scenes you opted out of from you for the rest of the game. Again, all cool with people enjoying what they want, I just don't want to be forced to see it.

Porn games are supposed to be equal parts stuff to fap to and interesting story, it's hard to maintain an errection when you jump from a group of dude's with their dicks out to a hetro scene to having to see a futa cock... (and I chose NOT to look at venus at the start but during the party.. BAM right in your face.)

I don't like gay content either. But some stories are take it or leave it. I already think it's a mistake to completely avoid gay content considering the context of where we are. Sure I would personally like the option to say no to gay sex, but to pretend it does not even exist is weird in this context. There are so many other games to fap to if the mere presence of other characters having gay sex causes you to lose erection.

I choose to not partake in gay content and seeing some dicks from time to time wasn't a dealbreaker for me at all.

I think the bit of over reaction I don’t think making the game again it’s gonna help anything because you’re gonna get the same problem of someone whingeing and complaining about it and it’s not fair for anyone to have the change the game that they’re making because of a few people I mean when it comes to making a game that involves player choices, then should be options in terms of choices in the game, and especially when it comes to what players like to choose in terms of what content in game. So in my opinion, the game should be re-made it should be kept the game, as is same content but just keep a healthy balance of options. Make sure the content is equal in terms of all types of things that simple, and if anyone doesn’t like the content, then don’t play it simple as well.

I’m gonna give you one good piece of advice ignore the people that are demanding things and just focusing on making the game that you want to make that it just ignore those individuals that are complaining about content. You just focus on making the game. If they don’t like the content they can go to a different game. Just focus on making the game that you want.

Plenty of reasons, sometimes it is only lack of energy and time of the dev, who doesn't think through and don't write all the necessary scenes, dialogues and - sometimes - renders, that take so much time. In theory it is possible, it depends what exactly the "story" should be about, if about mindless milfs or dominas, or whatever

The thing is if a game developer places the option for a player to have access to certain parts of the genre that they want to put in their game, but the same time make it avoidable for people who don’t like that type of content it can be possible so long as the right mechanisms are in place to give the option, and that is purely what’s needed, whether it is like a little switch from the beginning that blocked the content for players who don’t want it all or the decisions the player makes in the game

These people come back with every new update, and with every new update they tell folks how bad the game is and that it would be much better with their desired content in it. And they don't stop there, they bombard you with personal messages. The entitlement is strong in the interwebs.

The thing is that for what I can see this game is in the early stages of storytelling, and if everyone pretty much give constructive talk rather than ranting and raving and demanding this and that that could help the game developer rather than pretty much demanding stuff that might be the appropriate use of their time

It's still amazing to read a comment like this when the content in every game is very specific. Since when porn games offer that much of a choice, particularly with that war between harem and NTR lovers?

I was going to comment after finishing the last 2 updates I didn't try yet but this new is really sad. Bi games are so rare that it was refreshing to find a new one. Well, it's not surprising anymore with all the egoism and intolerance that grows more and more in our society nowadays. I'm still wondering how RanliLabz can continue SpaceCorps XXX without being hurt, particularly with the holodecks recently.
I'll continue playing your game but with less enthusiasm.

Well that's the problem with internet nowadays. They confuse liberty with wickedness. If you want to survive on internet, and particularly here on F95, you have to take comments with a grain of salt.

This is NOT sarcasm bc im not a dev, but wouldn't it be easier to just add the option to either 1) choose your flavor of content in the beginning and that defines what u see? Or
2) option to skip any scenes your not into...I mean that *feels* like it would be easier than a full remake.

That feels like overkill, but regardless as a dev doing the work, devoting your hours (No one ever gets those back, they're finite!) You should do what makes you happy, with all due respect to the users who always come bitch and try to get a game changed, Fuck them, this is YOUR baby, raise it how YOU want to.

Do i complain occasionally about things I don't like in games I do like? Abso-fucking-lutely but I try to keep it constructive/ objective But man I'd feel like a steamy pile if I found out someone remade a game bc me and 3 other dudes cried about it one too many times!

Wow, lot to unpack here since I made my first post, lets get to it.

Don't get me wrong here, not trying to come in here and shit on the bi game.
If that was the premise of the game and it was going to be mostly bi content, I'd of just not downloaded and played at all.
No, I downloaded it based on the tags and the Genre spoiler on the 1st page stating Gay/Futa/sharing was avoidable.

From reading the comments from the dev, making this a bi game was never what he wanted for the game. He wanted to make a game primarily for a hetero audience but included some gay scenes at people's request. (I can only go by what was said on this forum).

Now I am not advocating for a remake and removing all futa/gay content. I am not trying to shit on other people's fun.
I am simply suggesting a different way to implement the avoidable mechanic so everyone can see the content they like.
As the mixing of content in the current build is a bit of a minefield.

As another has said further up in the conversation; it's a little inconsistent how you opt in or opt out of content at the moment. Sometimes you get a text box warning you 1.women 2. futa (or 1.gay 2. no thank you.) and other times you have to preview the content before being asked to opt in or out. All I am saying is be more consistent and use the 1st option for opting in or out (or put it at the start of the game). That is all.

Again, not trying to be a dick or crap on someone's honest efforts. Just giving my opinion on a game I played like everyone else.
