There is honestly no other story this good out there. There is a very sloppy Real Porn non commercial game in I think unity or html, but it has Kylo Ren as the vampire lord who gets shipped to America by unknown forces, and he is forced to make a harem to gain power. It truly kind of sucks. There is a great deal more sex through unlicensed piracy of porn clips.
I can not recommend it.

At some point in the distant future there might be a sequel to this story.
At some point in the distant future there might be a non related story which is currently being written by yours truly, but scripting in Ren'Py and then trying to find an acceptable render and animation set up will take a while. My machine can do it, but frankly Daz is both excessively bloated and difficult to use. (Not to mention I have sucked at making my models in that format)

Main problem with SW games (three so far i've played) is that they start too "everybody loves me and is happy that everybody loves me', which essentially kills any character development.
They need wayyyy more conflict.

Yes that's certainly true, i have no problem with low drama once in a while, but at least some conflict/drama and character development are needed.
But with a vamp game, this everybody is happy and everyone loves me, just doesn't fit at all imo.

Yeah, I did not mind it for Picture Perfect, because it was a "daddy fucks his daughters game" that even breaks the fourth walls once or twice for fun. But in a vamp game, it kind of does not work. Two vamp girls are quite interesting but it just does not work very well as a whole. I dont care shit about human girls, though.

Yeah for PP it works, SS needs more drama imo, but for 'feel happy' kind of games it's good.
I tried knight tales once...i was torn back and forth beetwen, i want to puke a rainbow and falling asleep, as nothing ever happens...
Thats pretty much how i felt, didn't care for the human girls (but no choices), all are way to happy and nice, the vamp girls were kind of interesting, but i really needed to force me to read until the end (0.1), dropped it after that.

Yeah PP works. SS not that much (I care only about a few characters....). Sun Breed I read up to last version. If it focused more on plot would be quite interesting, than if it focus on the girls, which is mainly what it has been doing, it is blah... but hopefully it will pick. Last episode there were some moments.
A knight's tale is not a novel. It is pure crap. Developers really tend to miss that "no conflict, no story". It is the same kind of stupid "after story" boring bullshit as My new family. I always explain it like this: there is a reason why story END with "and they live happily ever after".
But I digress.... going back to the question, I dont remember many vamp games, which is a pity as I like reading novels when I play my own (non choco) race.

I think you also have bloodlines and one or two other games that have vampires. Area 69 is one (not main MC though), but due to an early rape of the landlady I passed up on that game. There are more I see coming in new update rotation, Last Daniels K. game also has a vampire lady that is a main part and driver of story.
Concerning A Knights tale it worked great in his other game Triangle, but that was shorter and at least there the MC had some agency. Dev made a number of choices to make that game to niche for many and yeah it needed a bit more drama or at least story as those 4 people if wanted to go so long in my opinion.

Actually the drama is there, just very different oriented as in most games and dev very strongly likes to wrap it up reasonably quickly within same episode or a few at most. (Not the make the world burn kinda drama or out of misunderstanding, people do communicate in that game and listen, not just talk and then draw their own conclusions about intention of other so they can be pissed off ).

If you're using Zoey's WT mod, it doesn't have the last few rpy and rpyc files for the remaining scenes. if you still have the original rar file. I've attached the missing files in case you might need them. just paste them into the game folder and replay the last part before Sharon's Investiture. Let me know if they helped.

There is one sex scene in the game for one path. I don't believe that we have much more in the game.

Thought, i think it is high time for some action with Sharon, there is only so much time until the teasing get's annoying.
I'm more concerned with Carmen/Laurie as they don't get much attantion from the MC, not even speaking about sex here, but simple relationship development...

I can conceive of a plotline where we never actually get "sex" for the rest of the novel, particularly from Sharon.
I think we need to rethink what may be labeled as teasing from Sharon. She is not teasing. For her, sex may actually not hold any real appeal. Even her "lover" Astrid said she had to pry those legs apart on Sharon.
I think that we need to look at what is actual affectionate behavior, verses sex. Sex really doesn't have the same bang for any vampire that sharing blood does. Not even for our MC. We as humans are not really looking at this in the same way perhaps, but the kisses and cuddling that Sharon is doing with the MC may be all that happens with her.
Particularly if something unfortunate happens with her. (Sharon)
Laurie and Carmen as humans on the other hand, have human desires, though, they both have felt the effects of the vampiric "kiss". Sharon of course has even more experience through the blood bonding.
I really can envision the rest of the novel having nudity, and blood drinking, kissing and that is it..
Not great spank material, but this is an adult novel, not a porn novel.
