In household games, the roommate who gets more sex scenes quicklier is usually the one the dev sees as the least important.
The big prize, normally the landlady, is usually saved for later and milked as much as possible in the process.
I like to think this game is an exception to this rule cause it's clear to me that LeFrenchie is really proud of Kat.

The two younger ladies are clearly the best. In fact, both younger versions of Anna and Rose are even better: young Rose is the best looking lady in the game, while her older version is the least attractive for me.
