Should this game really be played with an incest patch? For an incest game it is a bit peculiar. All the women in the family start the game with lust for the MC and some are quite slutty (the “supposed” redheaded mother). It's not a bad thing, but I don't think it's a positive thing either.

It's like creating a game of corruption and women have already started the game corrupted by the MC. Isn't the excitement about incest because it's something forbidden? Starting the game with the women in the family open to such a relationship cuts out a lot of plot possibilities.

Just came across this game with the new 'update' and have to say I like it quite a bit. The renders are very nice and aging is pretty realistic. I would personally prefer if the older LIs were a few years younger and looked a little less "haggish," but it seems the dev has a real fetish for old(er) women. Based on MC's age they should be in their 40's but their faces are made to look like they are in their 60's. Feels like the one younger LI (sister) was just added in to appeal to a larger audience, and even she looks at least mid-20's. Feels like a bizarro-world VN compared to most other stuff out there, but I like the story so far and hope it progresses more significantly in the next update.

I'd say it's specifically one of the things that is very unique about this AVN, and what makes it so interesting - one of the LI is MC's sister, and both seem to be "naturally" into each other. As opposed to the sister falling to corruption and sleeping with her own brother, here we have a game where all that is irrelevant (as the sister wants to sleep with her brother) and now you have this template for a great story whereas most other incest VNs typically end at this point - and Red Lucy can explore the consequences and decisions one might be faced with in such a situation... instead of getting a rushed 3-render epilogue of "they lived happily ever after".

I d'l the new update and I can't load an old save. I figure fine, I'll just start a new game. But even new saves I make from the restart give me errors. Anyone else having this issue?

i think i figured out my problem. ive tried it without jokers mod and with jokers mod. in my case, dotn know about others, but on a fresh install i manually set annas path to true, then installed jokers mod and it looks like it turns annas path to false. so ill jsut ahve to paly w/o jokers mod for now on.

edit:
after manually setting my paths to true, and then instally jokers mod, it does indeed reset the script values. you have to go back after you install jokers mod and then reset your paths and values to true and points you were/need

Anyway, this update was as pathetic as I expected it to be. Maximum 1 week worth of rendering, if we are being generous, but its more like 2 days for any established dev.

Website and UI seems to be the focus, because thats what is important.

My favorite thing is when a developer says, "Hey, you can name your saves now! We can spare... 10 characters. We realize you can't even put something like 'Anna jogging', but that's alright. Obviously the point of naming saves is to identify them as obscurely as possible."

There is one before this message (on the porch on a render of young Rose as she starts chasing Kat), and then there are several more through the rest of Chapter 2 (on a bench behind Anna, on a rooftop after the jogging, etc.). I don't believe there are any in Chapter 1.
