Hi there guys,

As you know the first version was already released for quite some time already and most of the people managed to make their own impressions about this game.

I also managed to take a look on some forums about this game and there were quite some hate regarding the game being a sandbox and about the NTR. So I want to make this right.

A few months ago I created a poll and cuckold (where the mc is watching is lover) was not voted, but cheating and cuckold(where you're the one to have the fun) was voted.

So that's exactly what I was going to do, because in my opinion cuckold is when your girlfriend/wife is doing some nasty things with another man and you see. However I didn't realised that for some of you cuckold also mean that if you're interested in a girl, but she has a boyfriend she's not allowed to do anything with him.

So to fix that in the next version of the game I will add another menu at the beginning of the game where you get to choose if you want to be able to see what the girls are doing with their partners. So I think this should resolve this problem, as for removing their boyfriends I won't do that because my patrons voted they want to have cheating possible. By cheating I mean they want to have fun with the girls of other men, your girls won't cheat on you.

As for Adam, he's your landlady's boyfriend and there is a quest called Man Of The House. That's the quest you get rid of him. Like most of the games there has to be an enemy, well in this game that enemy is Adam.

As for this part, I'm not sure I want to change it, however I will create a poll for my patrons and let them decide, because most of them supported me for a few months without expecting anything in return and I have to make right by them.

As most of my polls each pledge will have a different score.

You got all wrong on that vote. You have done the opposite of what your patrons voted.
People voted to BE the MC fucking other man wife and make that man see it, not the opposite. What you have done is making the MC WATCH other man fuck their LI.

About the part you say that we want the girls to not be allowed to do anything with the boyfriend, that's not it, but there is a big difference, we know that they are gf and bf and they fuck because is something that's normal on a relashionship, but we DON'T need to see it, other is you making their sex scenes and show it, that is netorare(NTR).
There's no need to make sex scenes with them just to prove they are gf and bf because when you do that is just adding ntr in the game something YOU said you would not do.
For example mc have a father but you don't need to make a sex scene between mc mom and father just to prove they are is parents.

That would be understandable as most sex scenes not involving the MC could be considered pointless. But if that's the case, can you explain why the bulk of the complaint posts are after the dev post that very clearly states there will be a skip option for players who don't want to see it?

While i agree that some people might be overreacting a little bit. Attacking them with arguments that don't make sense like this is just pointless. When you watch porn you can't / don't give the male performer a custom name to your choosing and then proceed to play them out. It's a different form of media in comparison to regular porn and therefore people will view it differently.

I was very excited for this game after trying out the teaser, but i must say i am very disappointed with the first update. I loved NMS and i was considering pledging monthly if the first update would deliver expectations but sadly it didn't for me. I thought this game would not have NTR but it ended up being just that for the most part.

It looks like at this point, you have to grind to watch other people fuck, which is not my idea of a good experience. It may serve as a good motivator for some people, but unfortunately not for me. I'll probably try it again in a year or so, hopefully by that time it will go beyond the vouyeur stage, and get a save from some of the fine people here, so I can skip the parts I'm not interested in.

At the very least I think it's the voyeuristic focus he intends to add to his game. Even if it's skippable, if it's a major part of the game, we're going to get less renders and longer development waiting time for the netori content. It's the same reason even optional ntr is losing popularity. Have you ever seen a game you liked on latest updates, only to check the changelog and see "major ntr path update" and nothing else? You have to just pretend it hasn't been updated and move on.

Skip option would work for those people who try this game after it gets completed. Right now this game is in developing stage and a lot of time will be given to those scenes involving another man which will be skipped by people who are here because of NMS. People just want developer to invest this time in progressing the story. There are many reasons why people are pissed off

1) This update was small and the only lewd content was of christine and adam. Understand that this scene did not bring anything to the story. Now we know they are in a relationship and they fuck. Knowing something and seeing something are two different scenes. I mean i would not want to see my crush having sex. This will evoke jealousy. Also if we really want to see people fuck there is porn for that. There would not have been so much backlash if the scene was skippable from the beginning.

2)Grinding through out the game only to see christine and adam fucking.

3)Patrons when saw cheating and cuckold as an option they must have thought MC will steal girls. Many of them must not have wanted to see them having sex if these patrons subscribed royalcandy because of NMS. Also developer seems to not know what cuckold is.

4)I guess when people voted for cheating and cuckold they wanted side girls to be in a relationship and then steal them. Most of them must not have wanted main girls to be in a relationship. Since it is an incest game it is given that family members will be the main girls.

Exactly my thoughts, in the first game (NMS), love interests also have husband, bfs but we never encounter something like this. After the first game I had high hopes and with what I saw on patreon I was very excited... Since the Nicolette in AOI this is the biggest disappointment I have experienced in VNs. I think I will stick around with where the NMS ends.

Funny you should ask because I don't see that often. I've played quite a few games with optional ntr. I find them to be equal in content, or favor non-ntr. A few examples: Culture Shock favors NTR updates. The Spellbook alternates NTR/dark path and love path every month. New Earth, My Future Wife, and Summer of Love have an equal amount of content per update every month (harem and ntr). A Struggle with Sin does a bit of both, but the harem/love content usually outweighs the ntr content. Life Happened and Never Back Down are 3-4 updates in, but each only have 1 borderline NTR scene.

Those are just the games off the top of my head. But based on those, I find updates to either be equal or heavily favor harem/love paths.

I would guess the harem/non ntr romances are way more popular fantasies for players of these games/vn's, while ntr is a niche that's a touchy subject most times depending on how they're executed. So not surprising if harems get more content over everything else, most alphas probably dream of that fantasy.

Ntr is fine as long as it's completely optional/separate, kinda like cheating or bdsm or any other niche kink, you're usually given a choice for them, even for anal, or if you're making the game from the first day having ntr as the theme. It's a problem when it's added a few updates down the line with no indication it was going to be added, or switcheroos like this game did in the beginning, especially when you have customers paying subs months at a time with no content to help support the developer make a game that interests the customer.

Speaking of Culture Shock, my bone to pick with that game is they decided to give the ntr route the mother daughter sex content over the alpha route, even though the game started revolving around those two as the main LI's. When they finally had the mother fucked on the ntr route they should have had it happen on the alpha route in the same update, it's been over two years and as far as the mc has gotten is a sleeping blowjob from the mother, the milf and incest tag can barely hang on there.

But really can't complain much about that since the game has been marked ntr from the beginning, just more of a sad disappointment after all that time of the development of the paths. It really should have just been a straight ntr game from the beginning, but alpha types are I would again guess, the majority of players and therefore they needed to pull those players in to get support for the game. I would feel bad donating for a game like that while waiting on the incest milf tags to finally be fulfilled.

End of the day, it's the developers prerogative on what they make, they just shouldn't be surprised of player negativity if they don't get what they wanted, or rather if they got what they didn't want, like again, what this game did.
