Can somebody share/upload the mac version? all the mac links on the main page are unavailable.

You can go to the OP and click Report (like you see on my message here). Then pick "Other" in the form and in the text box say that the Mac links are all broken there. That way an uploader, moderator, or staff member can see your report and update them for you.

can't since orig. devs still owns copyrights to story etc and since no way to contact dev can't ask permission. can make fan-project but not monetize it.

the bigger problem is recreating all the custom characters... not to mention upgrading now dated visuals
to say nothing of trying to cobble together kyois' plot

That's the main problem with reviving lost vn. it's not the the visual characters or the story, it's the writing of these characters.

Yeah, it's practically impossible for someone else continue someone's work to completion. Instead it's better to do their own and perhaps use the unfinished work as an inspiration.

it is very hard even if has assets and dev's notes etc and and in this case has none of those.
