On second thought, it might have incest but not tagged or really noted by VNDB? Because the twins are the only characters with a "lesbian sex" tag, so it has to have happened with someone. But at the same time, they're not tagged with incest, so I really don't know now...

Generally with this setup you would expect incest with the mc and his sister, but apparently there's none. It's other characters that have incest.
