For the context, just make that after the titan world a while, Ryen want to experience a complete life of a woman and go on adventure (can have female Trey and Brad) to the new part of the world that was added. It shall definitely a fun story to be added in the afterstory.

Sounds all correct. Both must be at (almost) full health at the end of the turn, so maybe the mistake is you switch healing between the characters? And you need to use a single or group heal spell to trigger the check if they're healed.
Try using group heal repeatedly, and whenever Pierce uses "Wait" and takes no damage for that turn you can use single heal on Mick.

If you play new game in this version you know what i mean, when i cleared mc event or quest like Tsubaki, mirel, vampire, mira. The affection is still zero not increase at all and i can't give girl present like book, love potion, Jewel, etc, i just get the dialogue. Is this bug or not? When in old version(25.04.08) i can give girl present just fine.

I tested it and had no problem in the newest version. Giving gifts worked and increased the relationship value in both sae files and a new game.
What system are you playing on? Windows?
Did you download the game from my official links or from a third party?
Since I haven't heard from anyone else having this issue I assume it's something on your side, like an issue with the game files. But's it's a very strange kind of problem since broken or missing files usually cause an error not a bug. So I'm not sure how this could happen.

It's weird because a bug in the game would affect all players. While a problem with the game files would cause an error, not a bug.
Please try to use either of these official download link to download the full game again and check if that changes anything.
Else, could you please post a save file in which you have the issue, so that I can check if it works fine for me with your "bugged" save?
