Where is the icon at Old Ashton in Timeskip 2? Already got Scarlett in the group.

So trying out the kingdom management a bit and I am a bit confused on how it works. I mean at the moment I seem able to just do an endless amount of turns to build all the buildings, do all the reserach and build my army and there are seemingly no drawbacks from using up as many turns as I want. The only draw back being the construction points that only regen depending on in game time. Though since this is on RPGM you can kinda bypass it since for some reason holding down spacebar in RPGM speeds up time by at least x4. There is also a limited amount of points you need in comparison to for instance the budget that you can just get X amount of by skipping X turns.

Is this how it's intended to be or is it just that I haven't played far enough into the game yet to unlock other things to happen while I skip my turn. At the moment I haven't progressed that far since I wanted to gather all the main characters and such first.

It's intended that the only "resource" to advance turns is "time." The idea is to make the player advance only some stuff, then does some adventure, and then eventually returns to the country management every now and then to get more stuff done. This way, it feels like a more natural improvement of the country over time, rather than the entire nation suddenly change within the first minutes of your reign. Of course, that means speeding up time let's you "cheat" a little to get this done faster.
There are no downsides for doing the progress faster.

I am stuck on the Thiro Dungeon portion, I have no more things to do in Act 1, I have seen the Sparky threesome cg, and I have all the challenges except Sparky's done in the Thiro Dungeon, meanwhile Sparky is nowhere to be found. How am I supposed to trigger her appearance?

If you finished everything else with Sparky, then the dialog for her challenge appears in Act 1 slightly above Witton.
Maybe you're missing the brawl battle betwen Sparky and Brad. Try to talk with Sparky again in the Black Twin Towers of Honor while Brad is in your party to get their battle event.

There is no map for Old Ashton in the time skip phase. The icon I think you're looking for appears in act 2 over the buildings in the top left of your screenshot, but you need to finish the quest to find Pheloya in the forest of Thremten first.

I need help with 2 of the brexeet islands please.
I don't know how to reach the green lever on the 2nd floor of the "L" shaped island.
And I don't understand what to do with the island that's at the very bottom.

I have a suggestion... how about adding a torture system and use the castle's dungeon to capture a bandit, whether they are female or male and torture them in their respective gender. The female bandit have sex scene, while the male is just a normal torture scene and they'll be forced to reveal the location of their hideout's hidden treasures (money, exp, potions, equipment etc..) and make this repeatable and after they reveal the location, the player can choose whether they release the prisoner or not (for fun ) or kill them, or imprison them in the kingdom's prison station, where they will be executed after teleporting for about 5 or 10 times... and when 10 or 20 bandit has been captured a special event of a female boss bandit will appear challenging the player via a letter or notice board? and after defeating her the player can send her in the castle's dungeon lowest level where the tentacle is and have with her and force her to reveal a much grander hidden treasure... course make this repeatable plz?

I think the cheating refers to your girls making out with each other, or girls with boyfriends/husbands making out with the protagonist. The protagonist doesn't get his girls taken away from him.
Lesbian scenes aren't really avoidable, if you want to advance the story of the involved characters, but there is a skip dialog button to quickly rush through scenes.
Overall, it's a very small amount of the content in the game, but if it'll bother you depends on how much you dislike it.

You can't reach the green switch, and you don't need to. It's just a bait to lure you into the trap before it.
In the cave on the island in the south, you need to activate all orbs on the pillars. When you interact with a pillar, it's triggers a different orb. The logic, whether it goes clockwise, coutner clockwise, to opposite sides, or in a cross shape, is randomly picked when you enter the cave. All orbs need to be active (flashing) to make the reward chest appear. There is nothing apart from that chest that you can get in this cave.

As his story indicates, Trey will continue doing things like he does right now. Which means he'll embrace and keep both sides, and not pick and stay with just one.

The combination is randomly generated whenever you reset the riddle, so no one can really tell you. But if you need help with the logic of the minigame, you can find the explanation for the system here:

The marriage can't get stopped, apart from not advancing events for the character(s) ever again.
Contrary to Brad, Trey will continue with a two shape live, and be a good wife to you as a woman, and a loyal husband to Lady Akira in his male shape.

For the life of me I do not know why the Spire of Courage challenge level doesn't open for me, I've ran it through 2-3 times now and fought the Hellhound and accepted the mission in the message board. Still cant seem to get in. I did bug fix the Elina? quest cause my game kept freezing but I did help her in the Spire

If you saw the note on the Aldlyn city board, then all you have to do is to go to the first area with enemies in the Spire of Courage. Directly after the security check area, with the little arena in which you duel against Naevy.
In the area with enemies, there are stone walls outside, and wooden plank walls inside. In the top right corner is the teleport orb. When you have read the note on the Aldlyn city board, the orb will allow you to teleport to the challenge floor area.

I know this has been asked a lot, and the answer I found is "check the gallery" but does this game have actual repeatable in world scenes with the heroines?
All games have a gallery but if I want to go back to some girl I romanced and talk to her for a nice intimate session, can I do that? or "canon" wise it's an one time and moving on and check the gallery if you want to see it again?

Mostly netori, as the MC steal girls from other men sometimes.

There are 2 or 3 netorase events, where MC have sex with one or more girls together with another party member.

There is a netorare scene but is not toward the MC (MC's friend can lose a battle if you let his enemy cheat and see her LI being taken away, totally avoidable).

MC can also steal or have sex with the LI of other party members (avoidable by choice).

There are a couple of female x female events where 2 LI have some intercourse without the presence of MC.
