I'm not sure what content is considered "transformation" here on f95. Apart from a bunch of MfF, there is a girl who can change her own body shape (but stays female), a doppelganger with two shapes that is a futa, characters of the race "dragonics" who can change into the shape of a small dragon, a ghost turning changing into a robot body, a girl who turns into a futa with a potion to fuck her sister, and a spy who can slightly change her appearance with magic. There is a lot of different stuff, so I'm not sure I got it all.
But there is no FtM transformation, if that's what you wonder about.

He likely meant the scenes where Ryen turns into a very sexy gal with the help of certain blue catgirl

Honestly, don't wait and play it. Game is pretty chunky. If you like RPG content, it's one of the best games on this site. Scenes might not be your alley as they are very tame, but game itself has plenty of content that you might not finish before next update releases.

There isn't a real roadmap, since I usually do things without a real order. Most of the time I do what feels most fitting at the moment. But there is a list for most of the planned content in the theoretical order (that I'm totally going to ignore) and a list of the existing and planned CG images. Maybe that'll help you.

On the off-chance it helps others; if you're on linux and it doesn't start, open it via command line ./nw and look at the output. If it says you're missing some font, install it.
Afterwards rebuild your font cache via fc-cache -fv

Other than that I had 2 more issues:

Issue 1: Cannot enable executable stack

Failed to load node library (error: libnode.so: cannot enable executable stack as shared object requires: Invalid argument)

To fix it from within the game directory do these two commands:

execstack -c ./lib/libnode.so
execstack -s ./lib/libnode.so

if it says that command isn't recognized, install it. On arch that's yay -S prelink. Then re-do the command.

Issue 2:

Your profile can not be used because it is from a newer version of NW.js.
Some features may be unavailable.
Please specify a different profile directory or use a newer version of NW.js.

A simple workaround is giving it a different (new) profile location so it can write it with the current NW.js version:

./nw --user-data-dir=./profile

You're free to specify any path you want instead of ./profile of course.

Hope that helps someone.

Note: If it's a local profile and you delete that folder, you lose your data and saves too, so do a backup if you care about it.

Right she is there but when I talk to her i only get 3 options and nothing else, I believe I did everything before also but i could be wrong.

"The event starts when you talk with her in Witton after renting and visiting the private beach of the island Amaranthe, when you had the first dialog with Lady Akira before entering the room through the door from outside, and you need the events of Trey about his girlfriend from a few updates ago."

The mentioned event about Trey's girlfriend is this:
"A sparkling note left of Ryen's bedroom triggers a lengthy scene. It appears when you use the fast travel system after you have Trey-f's wedding, Kayelinth in your party, the first encounter with Hellhound, the first meeting with Scarlett, and Grey-f as part of the female adventurer group."

Yup did the trey and the secret girlfriend part with tsubaki stalking him and I already have the beach.

Idk what you're missing then. Can you post your save file? I just need the one .rpgsave file with the saveslot number in which you have the issue.

It really seems to be a bug and not a missing requirement. I couldn't find what caused the trigger for the event to be broken but fixed the problem in your save. You should be able to advance the event in the attached save file now.

For how long this game as been under development? i've never seen a game with so much patch, usually most game have 2-3 bug fix atmost and in very rare case a dlc

Over 10 years. The exact date I started is lost because it was a hobby project at first and only after a long time became something serious.
The regular updates help me to get feedback/bugreports and give me a motivation boost when I see that people enjoy the new content.

i played it before in the past and enjoyed it think i never got around to or under stood was someones brawling event? but i think i finished what was there or got bugged and coundt contiue so just waited a while
