Personally I like the High Bitrate versions. or rather the fact that the option for them exists. If you have a favorite Animation having a max quality version can be really nice and i can definitely see a difference between the regular 4k and max bitrate 4k

Zero video editing knowledge here......what's the downside of reducing the bitrate while maintaining resolution and FPS? Is it just "quality"? The recent Panam vid has a bitrate of 250k kbps, leading to a 1.4 GB filesize for a 50s video. Seems massive af, given how other high-tier animators like Nago and Pewposterous keep their file sizes below 500 MB for the most part.

Both those animators use an 80k bitrate from what I can tell (and 30 FPS), but idk if that's compression by F95 uploaders or the animators themselves.

What's a good target bitrate? Can I simply reduce the bitrate in VLC myself?

wtf, so high bit rate. it's not even playing smoothly, and I have a RTX 3060 laptop. I will keep the 720p version thank you. it's not even futa. great animation but not worth the size or bit rate honestly.

I don't know what he did with the new Panam video, but even the lower bitrate 4K version stutters for me. Never had a problem with any of his 4K vidz before. Playing the low or high bitrate 4K version makes my CPU go nuts. Barley even noticeable CPU load when playing the 2K version.

u need decent CPU not GPU, u have weak CPU there, on PC my 3 years old Ryzen 5 3600 have 0 problem with highest bitrate vid, runs smoothly and load is at 46%

I have Ryzen 7 5800H on my laptop, which is fairly good. I think. I have no idea how it could NOT play it smoothly. Was I scammed? or are laptop CPUs different.
