How i can upgrade my warriors from 1 star to 3 i don t find this i allways lose vs 2 and 3 stars enemies.

buy multiples of the unit:
three lv1 = lv2
3X lv2 = lv3
which means 9 copies to hit lv 3, though in the case of common units it can be worth going for just lv2 since they can be replaced with higher rarity units more easily than being pushed to lv3.

Also stack type bonusses, notably the elf mana charge rate with the armour donating elf and attack speed buff elf is quite strong.
