Well, isn't punching the guy at the bar (public place) more risky than punching him at the door of your own apartment, where there isn't even any neighbors around and some decently high fence covering the whole area? Not to mention that the guy came to your place uninvited aggressively to argue with you, which would be domestic peace disturbance and punching him could be counted as self-defense in front of the law. Or wasn't punching that random baldie creep at the beach boulevard risky, where surely there was other people too? Punching a guy out in public wasn't any problem before, so why should it be now?
Also you don't have to necessarily punch him the second time, but you could be more aggressive than just the passive cuck who shat his pants like we had right now. Again, lots of inconsistency in the writing.
