Yeah i think this is his/their side project. Echo of Lust probably will be the priority.

Honestly, as much as I like EoL, this is so much better and I wish they'd make SwM2 their main project.

B) It's entirely optional
C) There won't be any actual NTR in this game.

exactly! like what did mc expect to happen? considering he was a major scumbag in the first season.

i like the MC more now , for now he is not a scumbag i like his personality a lot more in this one , i also like his gf but since this game it's about Mia either he will cheat in his gf , or his gf will cheat on him / leave him because he never says he love her ( since he doesn't love her because the story implies that he is dating his gf because her personality is similar to Mia)

More likely that it will be the MC because if the GF cheats on him, even though we all know it's not meant to be for them and even if we never get to see her in person, it will inevitably trigger some people.

I have to say, this was a quite lovely start to season 2 (writing feels considerably better compared to season 1).

Glad to see that Mia being more mature (rather than the dick-hungry slutty characteristic we saw in s01). With MC, I guess it would depend on how the players make the decisions (whether to bang all the other girls, cheating on Mia).
My main save would be my MC be faithful to Mia (though I can't deny, I would be interested in the sex scenes of everyone else).

Kinda wish someone would start doing a Gallery mod of this, to be honest.

I only hope that we don't have to wait many updates for Mia and the MC to start fucking again, I mean they care about each other, Mia still has feelings and they already have been fucking in the past, first game, so now having to start again and have to wait for the action to happen like in every other new porn game would be BS, they should relink pretty fast imo.

Also I really hope the MC starts having more sexual action soon, because it's a sequel to a game that already had us "waiting" in the first updates of the rpgm version when the first game started long time ago, that had no sex until later updates of the game, so having the second game and having to wait again for the sex will suck.

Honestly i like this dev games Echo of Lust 1 & 2 , and Summer with Mia 1 & 2 not for sex scenes but for the story . I get it you want sex scenes but rushed stuff normally ruins the story . Mia is hurt so its normal that you have to get her trust again . Honestly i only care about 2 paths in this game , MC stays with his gf ( i liked the tiny bit we saw of her ) which wont probably happen since story already hints he doesn´t love her and that he likes her because her personality his similar to Mia , or MC ends up with Mia , that is all i care about in this game , if i wanted another game with a lot of sex scenes and bad writting there is a lot of those around here already

In my mind the MC killed himself after the first Game so how am I supposed to play this one? I was really no fan of the first Game. And the start of this Game is also kinda meh. The Dialogue is not written especially well and your Sister already has a Boyfriend again. She had a fucking Boyfriend in the first Game? Is this just the fucking Story of the first Game again? Screams you know what to me.

The MC never killed himself in the first game , you should play Summer with Mia ( Renpy version) , if you want to understand this one . Not the RGPM version but the Renpy one since that is the canon one and the one thisgame continues

well if the MC is faithful to Mia he will be cheating in his GF . This dev makes me confused because i dont like cheating they introduced his GF which i am liking her so far but i also like Mia , so i am confused in what to choose , i know MC will probably cheat on gf with Mia at least still maybe an option where you keep those 2 girls would be nice

well. Big sis in echoes of lust is nice, i like her character built. Oh the mom too, even though we don't know much about her but i can't say which is better, this or echoes of lust 1. I haven't played the season 2's of both but judging on their 1st seasons, i must say i like echoes of lust better (though the day is keep on repeating) but ill be back in couple of updates for the two and i'll judge.

As far as I can see either MC is going to be cheating on his GF or the dev is going to have the GF cheat/break-up while MC is away thus freeing up the MC's relationship status, neither of which seem very appealing to me.

actually in renpy version there is no ntr or sharing if you don't want to. Hell you can even disable it. Maybe you only played the rpgm one? in renpy one mc is the only guy who bangs her and mia is literally in love with mc on vanilla route

Maybe it's just me, but I really don't get this mindset.

The game is called "Summer with Mia", ergo, she is the main LI of the story and the one we're actually spending in-person time with, so why would anyone get attached to someone you've only seen over the phone who you know is not the main focus of the game, and even the MC can't admit that he loves?

It's like with DMD and there have been some people genuinely asking if they can avoid a relationship with the daughter, but it's in the title, so obviously they are the main prize and everyone else either has no chance or it will end with a harem (although this one isn't likely to have that).

I'm not saying that they should fuck in the first version or the second one, but they have already a game where they developed their relationship, now they just need to let the past go and accept they still want each other, and that shouldn't take 5-10 updates IMO. And all the sexual flashbacks/dreams and things like that should stop and instead have sex scenes with the MC, real ones, we already spend the first game "grinding" for sex, this is a sequel, he should know by now how to get sex. Again just my opinion.

They will, and that's the point. This brings in a dramatic element to the story with both the guilt they would feel from cheating but also wrestling with what they feel for each other and how they are so drawn to each other. They will want to be together, but society says they can't be, so either they repress their strong feelings and live lives of unhappiness with people they don't love as much as each other, or they say "fuck it" and do what they both want to do regardless of the circumstances and ramifications. It's this moral dilemma that will likely play a key role in the story.

I understand and like I said it is highly unlikely BUT I don't want their relationship based on them both cheating. They both seemed to have matured and cheating works actively against that.

I appreciate the slow burn because the story would not make much sense if the MC just arrived at the aunt's house and started having sex with Mia from that moment as if nothing had happened.
The MC has to make her see that for him, Mia is not a toy, that he is sorry for what happened, that he has matured and that he is not the same idiot of 2 years ago, he has to make her feel loved.
