Hey Ormuz, just a bit of advice considering how much work you put into this. I would recommend putting in more lewd scenes in the image previews. It's basically an advertisement for people who are scrolling through and see the auto play images. It would be best if you had a animation to really reel people in. The way that I see it, there's no reason you wouldn't be able to achieve the same level of popularity as A Way Back Home with a few touch ups. Also would be worth considering changing the header to something more alluring/eye catching. I was honestly shocked at how little attention this has been getting considering the quality and popularity of Rick and Morty. Especially now that A Way Back Home is on haitus/abandoned.

And well, I've been meaning to improve this post but I just couldn't (between making the new chapters and my "real job" I just forget).

But after chapter 10, I will improve many things in the game and this post is in the list of these improvements.

Mhmmm... What to expect? I don't like explaining to much the content because this could be spoilers for some of the players (this shit happens to me a lot with other games I play), that being said...
this update have content with the main girls (Beth and Summer, of course) and finally Morty had the change to meet Jessica and Tricia in a more personal way (wink, wink) also there is more development with the "main plot", just something to give more context to the "world" where the game is happening...

And I think that is the more I can explain without a giving major spoiler.

Another excellent update to an already great game! I very much enjoyed: the split Morty section (feel like I've seen that before...). And I really liked the backstory stuff, excited to see where we go from here!

(As always, below are recommendations, not demands. Use anything you like, ignore what doesn't work for you.)

I personally don't think you should have a skip for a major story section. Most (not all) players for a visual novel are here for the story (and the porn is a bonus). If players really want to skip dialogue they have a built in skip feature (or in other words, I don't think you should be as forward with bypassing story (says the jerk that puts skip menus everywhere in my game)).

The POV animations are a very nice inclusion, always fun to get a different angle on the action. I have a few recommendations for them:
  1. Hot keys both to advance the animation and change the view (POV).
  2. POV should act as a toggle (POV/3rd Person) and stay in the chosen view instead of resetting when advancing.
  3. It would be nice to have dialogue here, not just animations, again, here for story.

As always, the map navigations continues to be my biggest pain point of the game. While I did "explore" other rooms, I didn't find much that felt like it added to my experience. Again, I'm just not a big fan of extra clicks to get to more story.


I noticed that your .exe icon is still the default renpy icon, maybe consider making it a more custom one?

The process is very straight forward. Below is the documentation. The only thing it isn't exactly clear on is where the .ico/.icns files go. They are placed at the top level (where the .exe file will eventually be), where the game folder is located (but not inside it). Renpy will automatically bake them into the .exe file during the build process if they are there, no extra steps needed.
There are two files that can be included in your game's base directory to customize the build.

icon.ico
The icon that is used on Windows.

icon.icns
The icon that is used on Macintosh.

These icon files must be in specific formats. You'll need to use a program or web service (such as and ) to convert them.

As we head into Season 2 of this this project, are you going to split the game into separate builds (like the first two versions of the game) or will it continue as a single build?

Personally, I prefer 1 game over lots of small parts I have to keep/manage (especially when it comes to replay/re-watching scenes, and trying to remember what version of the game had what). There is the size trade off for not splitting it (possibly consider offering a compressed version and/or update patches?). You'll also have to do something for Android once you hit 2GB as that platform will starts to have issues with sizes larger than 2GB (ios too, but only if you have a single file over 2GB, so splitting your archive should solve that potential issue)).

Anyhow... good work as always!

I agree, but I just felt that part got a little long and could make someone desperate hahaha, but, yeah, I simply forget that Ren'Py has some functions precisely for that purpose.

Yes, it seems that I simply forgot to add content for this dynamic BUT I have plans in the next update for this mechanic (I'm not sure yet what the addition will be but there will be one...)

I've been thinking about this for a while now, I'm not sure, but now that you mention android I'll probably leave the computer version (Pc/Linux/Mac) in one game and android in a separate format (sorry android players).

Anyway, thanks for trying the game!
I do get it, it's just frustrating, it's not really a complaint about you just the Patreon bullshit itself. Your game is good and I enjoyed it a lot, I'm sorry I was rude.

It's okay, I was not offended or anything like that, I too find Patreon's rules frustrating but it is what it is.
